I am satisfied with this college.
Placements: No we don't have placements for this course in college. Although there are arranged some fair and all arranged by students which allows different companies to choose candidate for intern which is the only step taken by college in the case of placements and internship programme.
Infrastructure: It is good. But can be better or improved we have sufficient means in the college, like laboratories and more. Sports facilities are also there. Though my favorite basketball court is not up to the point. I am a little disappointed. Canteen is also there which is okay.
Faculty: Exam are very helpful. They are for sure relevant toh the syllabus and enough to qualify the particular semester. Exam are not tough they are easy and can be done easily if you have prepared through our the semester. It helps in keeping the study checked and also gives a good habit.
Other: I chooses it because I want to get detail studies about these particular discipline. And the purpose is completely fulfilled by this course. And yes feasts are being organized by the college regularly. Scholarship programme are also there which are very helpful for the students.

I am satisfied with the college because good teachers.
Placements: Many companies come to give placements. The highest and lowest salary packages are Rs. 50,000 per month and Rs. 25,000 per month, respectively. About 80% of students were placed in our course. Companies come and they give placements by taking an interview.
Infrastructure: The library is good and fully air-conditioned. They provide Wi-Fi. Classrooms are huge and fully air-conditioned. The canteen is big enough with many items of good food given at an affordable price. The canteen is fully aired and there are two doors in the canteen for exit and entry. They give medical facilities and they also have NCC in our college for the girls and boys. They also provide all sports facilities. There is a fully air-conditioned auditorium.
Faculty: Teaching quality is best. All of the teachers are very supportive and kind, and they also provide study materials. At exam time, the teacher also takes extra classes and clears all the doubts we have. They also act like friends sometimes. Semester exams in college are quite difficult.
Other: All events organised at our college. .

Good Infrastructure and Placement Opportunities, but faculty needs improvement.
Placements: In 2023, Delhi University B.A. (Honours) History and Political Science saw 75% placement, with the highest salaries reaching INR 10 Lacs/year. Top recruiters included McKinsey, NGOs like Amnesty, and media houses. 60% secured internships with The Hindu and government ministries. Roles offered spanned Research Analyst to Policy Advisors.
Infrastructure: Our department has great facilities: fast Wi-Fi, modern labs, and well-equipped classrooms. The library is extensive with lots of resources. The hostel is clean and secure, with decent food in the mess and a good canteen. We also have solid medical facilities and plenty of sports options.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, providing a solid mix of theory and practical skills. The curriculum is industry-relevant, with internships and projects. Semester exams are moderate difficult, focusing on understanding. For B.A. Honours, the pass percentage is around 85-90%, reflection a supportive academic environment.
Other: Batch and Course Information Our B.A. Honours Political Science and History batch of 2023 had 120 students. The course offers a comprehensive curriculum, industry-relevant projects, and a supportive academic environment. Course Choice and Best Aspects I chose this course for its strong curriculum and career prospects. The best things are the knowledgeable faculty, engaging classes, and diverse extracurricular opportunities. Areas for Improvement More practical exposure and updated resources would enhance the course. Campus Life Events and fests are vibrant, the campus crowd is diverse, and connectivity is excellent. The surroundings are pleasant, with ample scholarships and extracurricular activities available.

I am very dissatisfied with Satyawati College.
Placements: The college was a poor placement option. There were only placements given in NCC, not in other field and it is so cheap for sports. No opportunity was given by the college to earn money with the study. They ask students for extra money for any concerts or functions.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi availability was good for all students and teachers but the classrooms' desks were the worst and limited. The computer lab was available but students have no permission to use it and the study library had no proper books. There was no best method of using books. They give a very short time to keep books to the students for short time.
Faculty: Teachers in our college were very knowledgeable but they did not take offline classes and also online classes. They all were involved in the strike thus students lack in witnessing teacher attraction and a chance to grow. Bad position in Satyawati College to provide study material and bad availability of study material. The teachers do not provide the whole syllabus of subject on the time. They provided the syllabus only after the internal exam thus students failed.
Other: The political party is the biggest issue in college. They earned money from students which means they thug them but do not open to college students.

Our college environment is pleasant. Studying and enjoying are two parts of this college.
Placements: I opted for the BA course, but many placements are not offered in this course. I heard from our teachers that placements are not high as compared to other courses. Many students pursue this course as an option as they aim for civil services.
Infrastructure: Many colleges of Delhi University don't have boys hostels. During this tough condition, games are not played as much. Still, our college focuses on developing the personality of the students through different kinds of sports.
Faculty: Faculty members of our college are well-experienced, and they have complete knowledge of their subjects. Some teachers are very helpful, but some are not as much. Teachers in our college are highly qualified and knowledgeable. The course is relevant for students who are preparing for UPSC and other exams. Exams are online, so they are not difficult, and the pass percentage is 50%.
Other: I have only chosen this course because I have to crack the UPSC exam, which boosts my preparation.
