LSR magic with best faculty members and infrastructure .
Placements: Lady Shri Ram College for Women is a great college. In my department, political science, there are not many placements, but students can apply for internships and get experience that way. However, in other departments, such as economics, Lady Shri Ram has the highest placement of 49LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is top-notch, and the campus has a hill vibe to it. The canteen doesn't have a lot of variety, but the seating area is great. There are endless opportunities for sports, and students can even enroll in the National Sports Organization. And for added convenience, there are sanitary pad machines on every floor.
Faculty: They faculty are highly rated and very knowledgeable. Students can get a lot of information from them and even get help with research projects. Semester exams are generally of moderate level, but it is important to maintain a CGPA of at least 7.5.

LSR is the best of placements, crowd, infrastructure and professors.
Placements: LSR gave the highest placement of 38 LPA to a commerce student, which was higher than SRCC itself. Our average salary package offered is around 7 LPA to 8 LPA. Students get jobs as analysts, accountants, advisors, etc. There is no mass recruitment. LSR being an arts college also gives placement to arts courses like political science, history, sociology, and psychology. All the students who sit in placement get the placement, but still more than half of the students prefer to go for higher studies. Placement cell works around the year to teach the students the tips and tricks to ace the interview process, CV making, etc. To help students land jobs. Our college provides internships with the top companies like EY, ITC, Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, World Bank as well various embassies and consulates. The placement cell provides internship opportunities to all the students from the first semester itself, subject to the signing of an internship policy. The only problem is that the placement cell sometimes forces the students to take job offers at low salaries to boost their figures, but the final decision rests with you.
Infrastructure: LSR is not the most gigantic college campus on the Delhi University but it certainly is one of the most well-maintained campuses in the entire DU. Our college is equipped with multiple Wi-Fi, labs including media labs for journalism students, computer labs, and a few auditoriums. The Wi-Fi works well only around the new building area, and not the old building. We have a library as well as a reference section which is fully air-conditioned, and provides some of the best books. The political science section is especially commendable. Classrooms are spacious, there are separate smaller classrooms for tutorials. LSR hostel is considered worth the money, it has lounge rooms with indoor games, its lawn, and spacious rooms with cleanliness maintained at all times. The only problem is that they provide accommodation to 1st-year and after the 1st year you are not given accommodation in an expensive area like Lajpat Nagar. The college canteen is average. The food is reasonable but the taste is very average. You may eat it due to the lack of no eateries being around the college. We have a medical room as well as a counselors room which is available to all students throughout college hours. The college has 2 fields, a basketball, and a tennis court. Students engaged with NSO are often found playing there. The ambiance of the college is enhanced due to the cleanliness and flower gardens maintained by the gardeners.
Faculty: LSR prides itself on having one of the most educated faculty members in the entire Delhi University. All the professors have done their doctoral studies either at JNU or international universities. All of them are very helpful and even available after class hours for all sorts of help. The conceptual clarity is greatly stressed and attained through the efforts of the teachers. The professors are regular in taking classes and rarely miss them. The course structure being followed presently is the CBCS, but our batch (2024) is the last one to study it. The coming batch is going to study through the UGCF system, based on the NEP 2020. It will be new, but it will be very relevant and multi-disciplinary in nature.
Other: Political science is usually chosen by students aspiring for the civil services exam. The course contents and especially how it is taught in our college, makes you acquainted with the exam pattern of UPSC and that's why LSR girls have been known to top the CSE. The crowd is elite and is among the best in the entire country. We have a great deal of diversity. Our fest Tarang is amazing, but has not been held in the past 3 years due to the pandemic. But it has one of the largest budgets and is a 3 day night and day event full of fun and frolic. LSR encourages all students for extracurricular activities and we have around 30 registered societies working round the clock. Our debate, dance, and drama society are especially famous around the DU circuit. Besides the societies, all students have compulsorily gained a certificate in either NSS, NSO, or NCC in order to get their degree. LSR also gives scholarships based on merit as well as need.

The college provides absolutely rich learning experience.
Placements: The placement cell of our college is very active and resourceful and has strong tie-ups with industries and alumni. Almost 60-70% of students were placed in my batch and managed to get an average salary package of 4 Lacs per annum. The college conducts a lot of debates and provides very good exposure in terms of practical experience and industry skills.
Infrastructure: The college library is wonderful and very resourceful and helps us study for competitive exams at a very early age. Wi-Fi facility and computer laboratories are available. The hostel food is average and is available at affordable prices. The sports environment in the college is very conducive.
Faculty: All the teachers are super knowledgeable and are like a powerhouse of knowledge. They always encourage constructive debates and group discussions. The course curriculum makes us industry-ready, and we are always encouraged to participate in class activities and roleplays. The exams are conducted semester wise, and the passing percentage is 35%, in both internals and externals.

College has a well sorted faculty and infrastructure is good too.
Placements: The placement opportunities is good too. My suggestion would be do as much as you can to boost your C. V. plus the packages offered is also based on the performances in the college. The roles offered will be mainly of research, diplomacy, political assistance in the companies etc.
Infrastructure: The hostel is worth the money, the benefit of being a hostel resident is that of having a safe company of your friends always so as to help you whenever you're in need. Talking about the food provided, it is satisfactory and condition of the hostel is okay too!
Faculty: This is a very comprehensive course providing a great deal of knowledge for further in your life. Anyone interested in the subject will definitely love it besides the fact that ofcourse it requires a great learning and understanding capacity. If you're good at these then you're good to go with the course!
Other: The College provides with a whole lot of opportunities to grow your personality. There are events taking place in the college campus every other day, in my opinion the societies within the college is the best place to make friends and above that develop and boost your confidence.

It has the most beautiful and large campus in Delhi University.
Placements: At least 97% of the students get admission in this college. After completing this course, students try for IAS, appear for UPSC and opt for law or to become a lecturer. Students need to score a good percentage to get a good job in the future since good companies want good employees.
Infrastructure: The college provides Wi-Fi facility for students. It has a new building and well-furnished classrooms. The library has all the required books for students. The college provides the best hostel in Delhi University. There is an MI, which provides the best health care facilities. There are sanitary machines in mostly all the washrooms. A good routine is followed by sports students.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are the best. They have great knowledge, and they give the best to their students. The course curriculum is specific and relevant. Some teachers might be a bit in a hurry, but they are always up to the mark.
