There are great faculty members. I am satisfied with the college.

Placements: Placements in Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce are average. They provide good placement opportunities to those who want to get placed rather than studying further. Many reputed companies visit our campus for placements.

The university was established in 2015, and it is a non-profit public higher educational institute.

Placements: Many reputed organisations including MNCs visited the college for recruitment. The training and placement cell works towards recognising the core competencies of students. It works through a close-knit organisation and has a structure which conveys information to students at the fastest possible rate.

I am satisfied with the college as faculty and infrastructural facilities are good.

Placements: The college assures 90% placements for the students of BBE and BMS courses. The main recruiters of the college are KPMG, Ernst & Young and Deloitte. The profiles offered are related to taxation, audit, research, and sales. Last year, the highest salary package offered was 9 LPA. The placement cell of the college provides adequate guidance for the same.

The college with a good infrastructure and faculty members.

Placements: There is a placement cell in our college, and every year students get placed in companies like Deloitte and Motorola. The average salary package offered is 5 LPA. The placement and internship cell is efficient. Our seniors were placed in McKenzie. For the internships, the stipend offered is around Rs. 4,000 per month.

Great faculty but fees too high compared to the services.

Placements: Yes there is a placement cell and it works pretty well. Though I am not much aware of this but good companies do come to our college and students get the placements. The first internship fair was organised this year and it was a blunder in terms of management. But I guess maybe it was because they did it for first time.

Good infrastructure, but only a few students get placed.

Placements: Placements are good. Many reputed companies like Accenture, Wipro etc., visit the campus for placements. But only a few students get placed which shows that there is something which is lacking in the modern education which isn't helping the students to do the practical jobs.

My 3 years in the college were worth it.

Placements: The placements in our college were above average. Though 3 companies of Big 4 visit the campus every year, the packages offered are a little low. I can't comment on the actual percentage of placements, but it was decent for my course. I would rate the placements 7 out of 10.

Really good infrastructure and very nice faculty.

Placements: Placements of the college are not good, and most of the students were not placed during my tenure. Only BPO companies visited the college in 2016, and they conducted interviews for many students. The college doesn't provide any additional training for placements. Placements of the college need to be improved.

One of the best colleges in terms of faculty.

Placements: Placements were mainly provided for B.Com honours students as the profiles offered were of audit and marketing. Though some companies offered advisory post, it also involved audit in initial stages. The packages offered were in the range of 4 to 6 lacs per annum.

My 2 years of experience in the college is wonderful.

Placements: Placements in our college are good enough. 3 of Big 4 companies visit the campus for recruitment, but the packages offered are average, around 3-4 LPA. The selection process is rigorous which prepares a student for further growth. The placement cell is very helpful and informative. Companies prefer recruiting B.Com students mostly.

Great infrastructure with super helpful teachers and facilities.

Placements: The placement opportunities provided at GGS are amazing. I'm myself placed in one of the companies. Right from the beginning of the third year, the companies start coming over to recruit students, and placement opportunities are still coming up for students even after the year-end.

Don't waste your 3 years inside the classroom get out of there and get some real experience.

Placements: Placements are fine, only B.Com (H) gets good placements that too only in audit and tax profiles. The highest package 9 Lacs the lowest 2 Lacs, average around 3 Lacs. Almost all the big 4s come for placements. No good internships are offered though college. Although there was an internship fair this time around but didn't have good companies to intern with.

Overall, the college is good and is one of the high ranked colleges among all DU colleges.

Placements: Placements in our college are average. All the big4 firms visit the college, but they don't select the average students. They demand for the students of B.Com Honors compared to B.Com pass. The placement cell in the college is very active, and they are keen that every student gets placed.

The faculty and infrastructure are good, and the placements are average.

Placements: More than 50 companies visit the campus to offer placements every year. Almost 80% of the students get placed. Many top companies like KPMG visit the campus to offer placements. Hundreds of students are offered with the jobs as per their capabilities. The students are offered good packages. The minimum salary offered is Rs. 15,000 per month and the maximum salary is Rs. 25,000 per month.

Overall, the college is good in all aspects.

Placements: The placements were decent enough. The companies like Zomato, Smart Cubes, E&Y, KPMG, etc., came to the campus to recruit students. For a graduate, 2-3 companies were giving a good package. Rest of the other companies were paying a normal CTC that a graduate gets. Overall, we have decent placements. The placement cell invited a lot of companies to our campus to hire the students. The students also took part in great numbers.

It has a beautiful infrastructure and provided good placements in 2014.

Placements: Placements in our college for our batch were awesome. Approximately 30 students from our batch got a job. Students received a good salary package. The highest salary package offered was 5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA. Students appointed as an intern in companies. Only 10 students selected as an intern.

I am satisfied with the college as compared to others in the campus.

Placements: We have a placement cell at our college which provides students with one of the best internships and job placements in companies such as EY, Deloitte, etc. Teachers associated with the cell are very helpful for the preparation of interviews and discussions and think the best for the students.

Not much satisfied due to placement.

Placements: The placement from the college is not satisfactory. A very less number of companies came. The lowest package offered was around 2.7 LPA and the highest package offered was around 5 LPA. Deloitte, Mahindra and SAP visited the campus for placements. No internship opportunity was offered in the college. Only 1 to 2 students got placed through the college. The placement cell is not satisfactory in the college. If you do not wish to continue your studies further and hoping the placement from the coll...

Extremely satisfied and highly enjoyed the experience and great infrastructure.

Placements: The placements offered in our college is great, and the number of people gets placed considerably very good. Huge companies with good work culture and great background visit my college to offer the placements for the students in their highly esteemed companies. 50% of the students were placed, and roughly 70-80% of the students are engaged in internships which may be full time, part time or even work from home.

Review of the certificate course in German

Placements: Well talking about the placements of college, there were no placements or internships offered to students doing the certificate course but we were asked to sit for a scholarship exam which would help us go to abroad for further studies in German.
