Review of Sri Venkateswara College, University of Delhi.

Placements: In our course, we have a few placements as compared to the other courses. But the placement offers several internships with proper details. Even many students have joined the internships in our batch, performing the given tasks given by them can have a good experience. Some are paid and some unpaid. It depends on the internships which we opted for.

It provides great faculty, a friendly crowd and many extracurricular activities for students.

Placements: The average salary package offered ranges between 5-6 LPA. Many companies like Deloitte, KPMG, Bain, Axa XL, Wipro and D. E. Shaw visit our college for placements in the past few years for roles like research associate, audit, junior consultant, etc. Overall, I have a good experience. Every student can get a good job.

I am proud of being a student of SVC.

Placements: The placements are average. Placements for B.A. are not that great, but there are chances of getting placements for B.Com students in our college. But you can apply for off-campus placements. The placement cell of our college is working really great. They provide us with ample opportunities like paid and unpaid internships.

I am satisfied because of good placements, good infrastructure and better teaching.

Placements: I have rated 4 stars for placements of our college because there are a lot of companies coming into our college for recruiting. In our class, more than 50 students out of 120 students got placed from our course. The highest salary offered is Rs. 21,000 per month, the average salary offered is Rs. 12,000 per month, and the lowest salary offered is Rs. 7,000 per month. Top recruiters are many companies like Revolux Solutions, Credflow, Seekify, Mahika Mishra Foundation, KC Globed, Chegg, Womenite,...

Good college with awesome yearly fest.

Placements: There is no placement available for students from my course which is B.Sc. (Hons) electronic, hence I'm giving 1 star. The placement in other courses is good. No students were placed from my course neither of the same year nor the seniors. No internship is available.

Our college provides an affordable and great quality of education and exposure.

It is a great college for students to join.

Placements: Since B.Com (Hons) is a very popular course in DU, most of the students get placed from our college from B.Com (Hons). Other courses like economics Hons, English Hons and chemistry Hons students also get placements. ZS Associates, McKinsey, etc., visit our college for placements. The average salary package offered is about 6 LPA-7 LPA.

It is a good college to spend your three years of study.

Placements: The college had its placement society which was very much active. You can see daily updates of new internships almost every 2-3 days on their Facebook page. So you don't have to look for internships outside your college as you can easily find internships on their page. I know finding a good internship is very difficult in college as you don't know where to start, but because of their daily update of internships on their Facebook its easy. They also had an internship fair which happens once a yea...

I am satisfied with staff and infrastructure of the college.

Placements: Around 70-80% of students get placed in our course. It offers a wide variety of fields to work. Not everyone will get a chance to work with top companies. Almost 30% of our batch students get the opportunity to work with companies like Byju's, ABP Network, AON, IndiGo Airlines, Zomato etc.

One of the best DU colleges with great crowd, societies and fests being the selling point.

Placements: I can't provide facts and figures, but I know most people who sat for placements did get placed. There were some really good companies, like Deloitte, McKinsey, and KPMG, while there were other lesser known startups like MyGate as well. Good packages are offered. We have a great internship fair as well which provides good internships and exposure to students.

Placements: Around 90% of the students get placed in our batch. For life science students a few top companies like Byju's, Ernst and Young and Somata offered internships. For other courses like commerce and arts, there are several groups and companies which provide internships. Not many students got a chance from our course to work with these top companies.

Many top companies like Zomata, Byju's, Aon, Oberoi groups and many other industries visit our college for placements. Roles like web design, web development and data analysis are offered to the students. Very few students from our batch got a chance to work with top companies as we are from the medical science background. Some students do research-based work.

Placements: I came to know from our seniors that not many science-based companies visit our college for placements. Students generally prefer to write entrance examinations for higher studies. Even most of the students complete their internships outside the college.

Life sciences at Sri Venkateswara College, .

Placements: It wanted a professional degree. No such placements for our course were there. There were internship fairs, but the scope for science students was less. They had a wider scope for the research projects which was headed by different departments. The students were given stipend for the same.
