I am satisfied with all the aspects of our college.

Placements: The placement society of our college is very hardworking. Every year, they try to invite the best companies for students. Companies like DE Shaw, Delloite and Indigo offer placements in different domains. Our placement cell ensures to provide opportunities for the students of all streams.

Infrastructure and faculty are way too good.

Placements: The placements of our college is quite satisfying. I mean companies like EY, deloitte PepsiCo, Zomato etc. come for recruitment. Usually every one gets the internship opportunity during the summer vacation through internship fair conducted by our placement cell. They are quite active and help us to find a internship as well as a job.

Dissatisfied because of infrastructure.

Placements: Placement is kind of above average when compared with other colleges of Delhi University. The highest were around 12 lacs per annum and average was 35-40 thousand per month. There were big firms such as Deloitte, PepsiCo, E&Y, KPMG etc. around 30-40% of the economics and B.Com gets the placements.

I am satisfied with the infrastructure and faculty members.

Placements: The college does no provide placements for science course students. Only 10% of students got placements that too not in renowned companies. The college does not provide internship for students. There is no efficient placement cell. The college provides good placements for a commerce course. Except for placements, the college is the best in all aspects.

Satisfied with the college as I learned a lot here.

Placements: Placements for our batch were very poor. Only 5 out of 35 students got placed. Placements were poor for the students of the science courses. The highest salary package offered was 5 LPA, but the placements were really nice for commerce students. Students who scored less than 7 CGPA were also placed through the placement drives. Students were offered jobs in the research and development domain.

Students can learn much and have fun here.

Placements: The placement cell of the college is active throughout the year. Almost 60% of the students of economics (Hons.) get placed every year in top companies. The average salary package offered is around 4 LPA. Apart from the placements, the placement cell also offers internships in various fields including finance, accounting, marketing, business analytics and others for students of all the three years.

A great college with decent facilities.

Placements: Not many placement drives were conducted for our course. Most of the people opted for masters, etc., instead of jobs. More science-related companies need to visit the campus and offer lucrative jobs and internships. Students have to look for them without proper guidance.

Review of Sri Venkateswara College.

Placements: The college placement cell is too good. Placement process usually takes place in the 2nd and 3rd year of a batch. But, the internship programme is conducted every year. Many reputed companies like Amazon, Flipkart, etc., visited the college. I don't have much idea about Microsoft conducting campus placements. The average package offered was about 3.6 LPA.

Life Sciences from Venky, DU.

Placements: My college has placement cell but it does not assist in placements for Life sciences students. Students from my batch had mainly gone for either Masters or preparation of Civil Services. I am not aware if anyone got placed in any industry. The companies that visit campus, mainly focus on Economics or B.Com graduates. Mostly the roles offered are very basic and primarily entry level. Many of my classmates had gone for internships in the second year but again they had applied for that off campus. ...

College full of opportunities and challenges!

Placements: The placement for our batch was fine. About 10-11 percent of the total class were placed in different companies like Urban Clap, KPMG, Deloitte. The average salary would be around 4 Lacs per annum. The roles were basically structured around analytics as our course was statistics. Internship was basically through our own experience and contacts otherwise there was no as such internship through college. The college would help us in giving letter of recommendation for various internship application...

Review of Sri Venkateswara College.

Placements: The placements in our college were average. It may be because students generally don't enter the corporate field as soon as they complete their graduation. The college has a placement cell, but we were not provided with any internship opportunities. So, it's not much useful.

Good infrastructural but dissatisfied with admin faculty, good placements and extracurricular acti.

Placements: Placements of my senior batch is quite good. Many companies took students for different profiles. 55% students were selected but some of them move to post graduation. The average package is 3.5 Lacs per annum. The highest package was given by the EY company to two students and that is 4.8 Lacs per annum. They offered the profile for market analyst, in planning commissions and management consultants. More than 70% of the students got internship who had applied for internships. The highest stipend...

Good placements, infrastructure, and faculty.

Placements: The placements are awesome. Everyone gets an opportunity to join and learn something new. It is all about who will play a good role in the placement teams and who will join them. In our class WhatsApp group, in a week we always get two or three placement related messages. It is not that easy to get a placement, but if you have a skill, then you can upgrade it by joining the placement cell.

Placements: I don't know exactly about the placement. Because our course does't have much placements. But our college provides various placements cell for all courses that have many scopes. It may be paid or unpaid, but collection of certificates are very helpful for further jobs.

Placements: The college is known for its high-salaried packages from various renowned companies. The highest salary package goes up to Rs.16 Lacs and average salary of Rs.8 Lacs. Many big MNCs come for placements like WIPRO, KGMC, Deloitte etc. They pick the best of all students who get placed in the procedure. Placements: Placements were pretty good in our college as a lot of students from our batch got placed in reputed companies like Aye Finance, American Express, Byju's, etc. There is a placement cell, which is very useful and active. The placements cell staff members inform us time to time about all the seminars and everything related to the placements.

Good college for pure sciences with excellent faculty, best for biochemistry.

Placements: There are no formal placements in B.Sc. courses especially in pure sciences since most of the students opt for higher studies like M.Sc. In same or related fields, some also do MBA while some prepare for competitive exams like SSC and UPSC for government jobs. But the placement cell provides placement opportunities in other spheres like sales and marketing in various companies and startups. But the incentives in such placements are not so good. Most of them offer CTC from 2 to 3 lacs.
