It is a pretty good college when compared to the hostel fee.
Placements: Around 10% of the students were placed in my course, The highest package offered was Rs.15 LPA while the lowest was Rs.3 LPA. Recruiting companies are mainly the ones which are Research oriented, Around 80% of the students got internship, in companies such as BioNTech, Celldex etc. The role of a naturalist is one of the top most role offered.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good enough for a Medical college. We don't have Wi-Fi facilities all around the campus but in certain portions. Labs are average and classrooms are fine. The library has all the required books available. I wouldn't say the hostel services are the best but average. The food quality in the canteen and mess is average. Medical facilities are available when required. Sports and games facilities are also provided.
Faculty: The teachers are well qualified and possess good experience. Although some of them are strict and It's difficult for us to understand their concepts. The course is pretty relevant and the difficulty level is moderate. The minimum percentage required to pass is 40%.
Other: I chose this course because of my a love for nature, the best thing about this is that it gives you an opportunity to explore and research. It can be improved by including more research oriented activities.
