Our college has good infrastructure.

Placements: Our college provides good placements. Almost 95% of students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 5 LPA. Many top companies visit our college to recruit students. They organise placement training.

Satisfied. You can take admission here. Its overall a good college.

Placements: It has placement of CS department better than any other branches. A lot of companies are recruiting a no. Of students every year. Minimum package-2.4 LPA, Maximum package-12 LPA. Seniors are placed in good companies like Infosys, LnT, Wipro, Tcs. About 60-65% get interns from college. There is a good team of teachers in the placement cell.

Overall college is at its best and is improving day by day to enhance the skills of students.

Placements: Placements are increasing every year and this time 9L package is being bagged by our college students. Infosys, honda and many other companies come and take all the capable students with them. Teams are being prepared for the college placements as well as for the GATE exams preparations as well which are useful enough for the students to be selected in placements or can score better marks in GATE exams. This time aiifa is being apointed for the preparation of GATE exam.

Average placement and fine facilities.

Placements: Placed only on IT company. What is the use studying a different course and getting paid for doing job which is not relevent. May be 1 or 2 placed in core that too for marketing. There is a placement cell which is mainly focused for IT sectors. Eventhough Core company came but they wanted only female employee.

Good infrastructure and friendly faculty are ready to help. Knowing Tamil(speak) is important here.

Placements: Till date, there has been no campus interview for a civil department. So, the civil students attend the other interviews like BPO or bank. I have also been placed in IDBI Bank, but I didn't join as it is no use. There are many campus interviews for computer and electronics department.

Review of my college and the department.

Placements: In our college, the placement is good. They provide special training for placements. In our department, more than 50 were placed in our core field. Boys were placed in field work (site work) and girls were placed in design work. They offered internship training for us as well. The salary offered by firms was a maximum of 50000 and a minimum of 10000. Site engineer plays a major role in our department.

United Institute of Technology - pros and cons.

Placements: Placements are reasonable for departments like ECE and CSE but not great for civil and mechanical. Civil engineers have attended only 3 interviews in total and that too not core companies. Mechanical department has the same problem too. Electronic and communication engineering and computer science engineer students attend quite a lot of interviews when compared to us. Those companies are not core companies at all. Most of the companies approaching civil and mechanical departments are marketing...

Absolutely the best for students because of management.

Placements: The placement of our batch is improved compared to last year batch. 35% of students got placed. The highest salary offered: 36,000. The minimum salary offered: 8,000. The average salary: 16,000. IT-based and core-based (manufacturing, design, production) visited for placements. Graduate Engineer Trainee(GET) and Quality-based roles were offered. 10% of students got the internship from the college. The others got by their own influence. The highest stipend is 8,000. ...

Awesome place for average students.

Placements: Since I learned civil engineering, we didn't have placements related to our core field. Instead, we had lots of chances to attend for IT fields. Even though IT companies recruited students of their core in bulk, some of our students also got recruited. IT companies like Wipro, Tykoski and others visited our campus. Civil department students were allowed to go for an internship program in their final semester which gave us a great exposure about the field.

Being a relatively new college (started in year 2009), the infrastructure is still in development stage. However, the college has good industry linkages and number of companies which come for placement but it is steadily rising. 50 companies came when I was in my final year, with an average package of 3 LPA. Classes are regular and most sessions are very interactive. There are guest lectures as well as industry visits organized quite frequently. The number of students per class is around 40, sin...

Awesome infrastructure and very good placement

Placements: Awesome placements. working in Infosys right now. Nearly 90% of student were placed. There are many companies like private sector and public sector both comes for the recruitment and each and every student are selected in recruitment process who were dedicated in their studies. In short, very impressive.
