Different aspects of Zakir Husain Delhi College, University of Delhi.

Placements: Placements here are very low. Very few placements are provided, and that too for very few courses. For a B.A. (Hons.) in Persian, there is no placement cell, but this course will provide you opportunities in various other fields outside the college, like a job in the embassy, translator jobs, etc.

Zakir's review by a first-year student.

Placements: In Zakir Husain Delhi College, placements are not very good. They are average. There is a placement cell. Companies visit our college but not big firms. They are just average firms. The average salary package offered is around 4 LPA. But the college is overall really great.

If you don't get into North Campus college, you can consider Zakir Hussain Delhi College.

Placements: From my course, there was no placement. There were some placements from the arts department. The companies which visited my college were not so big. The college has a yearly placement drive of 2-3 days. As I was from the Science department, we did not have placement options.

Student Life of My College.

Placements: Placements are good in our college, and many of the students got placements with a good salary package. If you score good marks, the college offers a good salary package, but the percentage is only 20% out of 100 to get into internships, depending on the course. There's a placement cell that brings suitable opportunities for all courses, and sometimes specific subject internships are available. However, the stipend offered by those companies is sometimes too low, and some are unpaid.

Good experience overall, but some things can improve.

Placements: This college's placement cell is quite active, always trying to bring new opportunities to the campus. They also organize placement drives for final year students. The average packages in my college are from 2-5 Lacs, while the highest package I heard of was 12 Lacs per annum. They offer different roles like finance, sales, marketing, HR, etc. Companies like Internshala, EaseMyTrip, etc. have come to our college for recruitment. About 50-60% of students in my course get placed on average.

Absolutely not so much satisfied but the crowd on campus and the teachers and seniors are good.

Placements: At least 40 percent of students get placed every year. The highest package is 12 lacs per annum and the lowest is 7 lacs per annum. Companies like HDFC, Axis, etc. are coming to our college for recruitment. 30 percent of students get an internship every semester.

This college is the best college off campus .

Placements: The placement of this college is not as high; the percentage of the students who were placed in our course is approximately 75 to 80 percent. The highest package of our college is 14-15 Lacs. And the minimum package of our college is around 4-5 Lacs.

Good college but infrastructure is not up to the point.

Placements: There are placements in this course. Our college has a placement cell. It helps students to prepare for placement interviews and internship exams. It also helps students to get involved in good companies. If you want good placements, you should seek in B.Sc.

A college which is specifically designed for academically focused students.

Placements: The placement scene is pretty inactive in this college. Most students cannot find any good placements here, mostly B.Com (Hons) students get placement opportunities and Mathematics Honours students. So placements are course-dependent. Most students of DU visit the Central Placement Cell (CPC) of Delhi University for placements.

Review of Zakir Husain Delhi College, University of Delhi.

Placements: There is a high number of chances that most of the students can get a B.A. in psychology. As it is the least chosen course, the chances of getting a B.A. in psychology are slightly higher than the other courses. As discussed with seniors, the highest package that somebody got was Rs. 200,000. And followed by average, the lowest package is somewhere around 100,000 in my course. There are no such regular recruiting companies that come every year, as per my knowledge. Rather, it is different every ...

I am a bit dissatisfied with college because of the shutdown of campus during corona years.

Placements: My batch consisted of 80 students divided into 2 sections. Approximately 90%-95% passed out, and many went for higher studies. Some of them started government exam preparations like UPSC CSE, etc. As far as I know, there were no direct placements in college by companies.

Satisfied with department. The college is going to open new building in fe months as it is ready.

Placements: There is an average chance for placement. This course has fewer chances for placement after graduation. No one got placed in my batch from college. Graduation in Zoology requires more higher education, like a master's degree. There is a placement cell in college, but for the Zoology course, there was very little chance.

Good college in every aspect.

Placements: Being a good college in providing academic support, the college lags behind in good placement opportunities. However, the placement cell of the college has shown considerably growth in the recent times. Approximately 80% of the students get internships in various MNCs.

Absolutely dissatisfied by Delhi university because of poor infrastructure .

Placements: Although it is part of Delhi University, the placement cell is not very good. There is hardly a 50-60% chance of getting placed directly; otherwise, you need to proceed with further studies. Internships basically start from the first year, which I didn't find productive.

Zakir Husain Delhi College is a good college.

Placements: In my B.A. Arabic class, there are 30 students. However, the number of students in a class varies depending on the course. The highest salary offered was 10 lakhs, and the average and lowest salaries were 4 to 5 lakhs. Recruiting companies are not fixed, so they vary from year to year. Most students got internships, but some did not because of their qualifications.

Decent college (Zakir Hussain Delhi College) of University of Delhi.

Placements: Zakir Hussain Delhi College is one of the decent colleges of Delhi University. If we talk about placements, it's overall good. If you have earned skills, you can expect around 5-6 Lacs; otherwise, the average is 3-4 Lacs. As possible, acquire new skills that can help you in getting campus placement.

Honest review of Zakir Husain Delhi College.

Placements: Last year, approximately 50% of students were placed. Many of them went on to do their Masters. The highest salary package was 7 LPA, and the average salary package was 3 LPA. The top recruiter companies of ZHDC are Wipro and Infosys. Many students also get internships at Kotak, Mahindra, and Zomato.

Placements: There is almost 20 to 25 percent students was in my course . Average package was 5 to 7 LPA it's depends on students skills and capabilities. Genpact was the top recruiter. Minimum 50 to 60 percent of students get internship in top companies like Infosys , Accenture etc. Senior accountant, accounts executive etc.

Good and bad things about my college. I gave an honest review of my college.

Placements: The percentage of students placed in B.Com (Honours) is average; out of 100 students, 60-70 were placed. The highest package I think is 44 LPA in SRCC, and the average package is around 15-16 LPA. In my college, the average package is about 5-6 LPA.

Good faculty and placements, with the best infrastructure, but many flaws in crowd and campus life.

Placements: Recruitments in Zakir Husain Delhi College are average and good to go. Not many students aspire for placements; many of them aim for master's degrees and pursue further studies. Around 60% of the total strength of B.Com (H) students aspire to get placed, and out of that, I feel more than half of them receive offer letters. The highest package our college pupils achieved is around 11 LPA from placements in 2024, whereas the mean package landed around 4-5 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Tech...
