The new and revised UCEED syllabus should be followed by candidates who will be appearing in the design entrance exam in 2024 and beyond.
IIT Bombay has introduced a new and revised syllabus for UCEED that will be followed for administering the entrance exam effective 2024 onward. This means candidates appearing in UCEED 2024 and in later editions of the exam need to follow this new and revised syllabus. However, candidates appearing in UCEED 2023 can keep following the current syllabus for the exam.
In addition to the revised syllabus, IIT Bombay has also made some major changes to the UCEED entrance exam. For example, the UCEED entrance exam commencing 2024 will continue to have two Parts - Part A and Part B. However, Part B will now be of 60 minutes duration (instead of 30 minutes) and include two questions (instead of one).
