CEETA PG 2025 Marking Scheme
The CEETA PG 2025 Question Paper for M.Tech/M.Arch/M.E/M.Plan is divided into three sections: Part I, II, and III. Candidates must appear in all three sections in two hours (10:00 am to 12:00 pm). One mark is awarded for each correct answer. However, a negative mark of 1/4 is deducted for every incorrect answer. CEETA PG is an offline-based exam in which candidates are provided with OMR sheets to answer the questions. Candidates are advised to follow the instructions and mark the answers carefully. There is no negative marking for the questions left unanswered.

Evaluation of CEETA PG 2025 Marks
The CEETA 2025 question paper for M.Tech/M.Arch/M.E/M.Plan will have two common parts: (Part I)Engineering Mathematics and (Part II) Basic Engineering and Sciences, and Part III will comprise questions from respective disciplines. On evaluation, the average marks may vary from discipline to discipline under Part-III. Hence, the marking for Part-III section is calculated using the following formula -
Computed Marks of Part-III = (X+r)m
Where
- "X" denotes adjustment factor
- "r" is the raw mark scored by the candidates and
- "m" is the multiplication factor used to level the averages of all subjects.
Candidates who have appeared for the CEETA PG entrance test will be notified of their actual marks and percentile scores when the results are published. The final scorecard of CEETA PG will only carry the percentile score.
