VEE Counselling 2025: The VELS Institute will conduct the VEE 2025 counselling soon after the announcement of the results. The schedule of VEE counselling will be notified on the institute website. Candiates have to be present physically in the institute for participating in the counselling and admission process.
All qualified candidates will be issued counselling call letters to participate in the counselling. The counselling of VEE 2025 will be conducted in offline mode at the institute campus. Only those aspirants who qualify for the exam and are shortlisted will be called for counselling which will be held across the course.

Documents required for VEE 2025 Counselling
Aspirants are required to carry the following documents to be able to attend the counselling. Candidates not carrying all the required documents will not be allowed to participate in the counselling process.
- Marksheet of class 12 or equivalent examination
- Marksheet of class 10
- Transfer Certificate (from the institution last studied)
- Community Certificate (if applicable)
- Two recent passport size photographs
Students need to carry two sets of xerox copies of the above documents. Also, all the above-listed documents have to be carried originals which will be verified in the institute during the counselling process.
Note: Please come with the first-semester fee. Either as Cash (or) Demand Draft in favour of "VELS University", Payable at Chennai. Cheques will not be accepted.
