INET Career Growth
After joining Indian Navy under INET recruitment, candidates will be given the rank of sub-lieutenant. The promotion of officers is based on time scale and service record. The promotion policy of INET officers is given below:

INET Salary: Insurance Policy
Insurance
The Indian Navy provides its serving officers life insurance coverage at a minimal monthly premium. The Pilot/Observer/Submariner is given an insurance cover of INR 57 Lakh while other officers are given an insurance cover of INR 50 lakhs.
Leave
Indian Navy Officers are allowed to take 60 days annual leave and 20 days of casual leave. Officers can also save 30 days of leave in a year which they can encash at the time of retirement.
Officer retirement
All Permanent Commission Officers will receive financial support even after they retire, through a pension. In case of Officer’s death, his spouse will receive the pension.

INET Exam
