JNU CUET UG 2023 Exam Analysis

JNU CUET UG 2023 exam for Phase 1 started on May 21 by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The exam for Phase 1 will take place between May 21 to 24. NTA has released the complete JNU CUET UG exam schedule which is from May 21 to June 6. It has also reserved June 7 and 8 as a buffer date for JNU CUET UG exams. This year, NTA is conducting JNU CUET UG exams in three slots staring from Slot 1 - 8: 30 AM to 10:30 AM, Slot 2 - 12 Noon to 2:00 PM and Slot 3- 3: 30 PM to 6: 30 PM. Candidates were given proper instruction to reach the exam centre timely. They were asked to be at the exam centre one hour before the exam timing.

NTA is conducting the CUET UG 2023 in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode for about 14.99 lacs candidates at various Examination Centres located in 295 cities across India and abroad.

The CUET UG 2023 exam has been scheduled for 14, 99, 778 (Fourteen Lacs, ninety-nine thousand, seven hundred and seventy-eight) candidates who have opted for 64,35,050 Test Papers. These candidates have applied for 48,779 unique combinations of subjects across 250 Central, State, and other participating universities / Institutions / Organizations for the Academic session 2023-2024.

JNU CUET UG 2023 Student Reactions

Priyanka: I appeared for CUET exam. The exam for me was easy to moderate. I didn’t found any technical glitch in the exam. The overall exam experience was amazing and I tried to give my best in the exam. I have applied for JNU University and language courses. I prepared for the exam by myself and online mode.

Kartik: I appeared for CUET exam. The overall experience of my exam was good. The difficulty level was easy to moderate. My preference of University are DU and JNU.

Rohan: I appeared for CUET exam 2023. The difficulty level of the exam was moderate to easy. I didn’t found any technical glitch during the exam. The overall experience of the exam was good for me. My first preference of university is Delhi University.

Ansh: I appeared for General Test and English paper of CUET. The difficulty level for exam was moderate for GT and easy for English. I prepared for the exam through Arihant books. I didn’t find any technical glitch during the exam. My preference of universities after CUET are Delhi University, Jamia Milia and Allahabad University. I am satisfied with the exam slot and test centre of the exam.

Vinay: I appeared for CUET UG exam 2023. The difficulty level of exams for me was moderate. The exam was conducted smoothly and there were no technical glitches in the exam. The overall experience of exam was good. After CUET, I am planning to take admission B.Sc course in Delhi University. There was no issue related exam centre as well.

JNU CUET UG 2023 Exam Analysis 

For this academic session, CUET UG 2023 exam was conducted smoothly and properly at different exam centres across India and abroad. According to NTA, shift 1 of CUET UG 2023 concluded well in all the 271 cities and 447 centers. Total number of candidates scheduled in shift 1 were 87,879. However, students sharing some insight of the entrance exam revealed that the difficulty level of the exam was moderate to easy. There were no technical glitches in the exam as per students.

JNU CUET UG Exam Timings

Registered candidates for JNU CUET UG were supposed to report to the allotted exam centre one hour before the entrance exam scheduled timing. Candidates were supposed to be present at the exam centre at 7:30 AM for the first shift of exam from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM. At the exam centre, candidates were asked to show their CUET admit card along with their government ID.
