The All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) is conducted by the National Law University, Delhi for admissions to its Bachelor of Arts- Bachelor of Laws - BA LLB (Hons.), Master of Laws - LLM and PhD courses in law. NLU Delhi will announce the exam date for AILET 2025 in August 2024 tentatively. Candidates can keep a track of the latest notifications for AILET as and when released by the national law university. 

Q:   What is the difficulty level of AILET Exam?

A: 

The difficulty level of AILET exam can be considered moderate to difficult. The exam is designed to test the candidates' knowledge and understanding of various subjects of law and general knowledge. The level of difficulty may vary from year to year, and it largely depends on the preparation and understanding of the candidates. However, candidates who are well-prepared, have a strong understanding of the subjects, and have practiced enough questions are likely to find the exam easier to crack. To prepare for the exam, candidates should focus on understanding the concepts and fundamentals of each subject, solving practice questions and previous year papers, and managing their time effectively during the exam. It is also important to stay calm and composed during the exam and avoid getting stuck on difficult questions, as it may affect your overall performance.

Q:   How many times AILET is conducted?

A: 

AILET is now conducted once in a year, and in month of December. The exam authority, National Law University, Delhi always conducted AILET once in a year, except for year 2022, when the exam was held twice I. e. once in June and then in December. However, the exam authority also notified that it's one time modification, and from AILET 2024 onwards, the exam will be held once in a year. A: 

National Law University, (NLU) Delhi, included among one of the most prestigious law universities in India. Apart from NLU Delhi, there are 22 National Law Universities (NLUs) in India. NLU Delhi offers law courses i.e. five-year Intergrated BA LLB (Hons.) course at the undergraduate level, One-year LLM course at the postgraduate level, and PhD courses at the doctorate level. For admission to the law courses,  NLU Delhi conducts its own law entrance exam known as the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET), thus making it the only law school in India that does not accept the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT)
