SLAT 2025: Exam Components

SLAT refers to the Symbiosis Law Admission Test, which is conducted by Symbiosis International (Deemed University) for admission to BA LLB (Hons.), BBA LLB (Hons.), BA LLB and BBA LLB courses. This exam is conducted twice a year as Test 1 and Test 2. The SLAT 2025 will be conducted on December 13 and 15, 2024, in a computer-based mode at different test centres across India.

Q:   Can I join Symbiosis Law School, Pune directly?

A:

To join Symbiosis Law School, Pune (SLS, Pune), you'll need to follow a specific process. You must take the SLAT (Symbiosis Law Admission Test), which is a required test for admission to SLS, Pune. Additionally, you must complete the online registration for SLAT. So, you can't join directly; you need to go through the SLAT test and registration process to get admission to SLS, Pune.

Q:   What is a good score for SLAT?

A good score for SLAT results depends on the cut-off of the Symbiosis Law School in which you want to enrol. For example, if a candidate scores a 91.5 percentile in the SLAT exam in a particular year and he or she wants to get admission to SLS Pune, which accepts candidates with a minimum percentile of 75, a 91.5 percentile is definitely a good score for admission to SLS Pune. Q:   Does Symbiosis International Pune require CUET?

A:

Symbiosis International Pune doesn't required CUET for admission. The deemd to be  uiversity conducts its own entrance exams  for admission to its UG and PG programme. However, its also accepts national level entrance exams such as JEE Main, MH CET, NEET, SLAT, etc. Additionally, candidates must aslo qualify the eligbility criteria, which are as follows:

Q:   What is the SLAT merit list?

A:

The SLAT merit list for a particular year is a list containing the name, registration number, and roll number of the candidates who achieved marks equal to or higher than the SLAT cut-off for the SLAT entrance exam conducted in the same year. The SLAT cut-off is made up of scores secured by candidates in the SLAT exam, PI and What. A merit list includes the name, roll number, registration number, collective marks secured by them in SLAT What, and PI their merit rank, and category. Based on the selection of candidates in the SLAT merit lists for a particular 5-year LL.B. Programme, seats are offered to each candidate. They need to book their respective seats by paying the admission before the due date ascertained by the SLS from whose merit list they get selected.
