The answer to this depends upon the qualification of candidates. To get admission to LLM course the candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria: 

• Candidate should have obtained a five-year of three-year LLB degree from any recognised university 
• They should have obtained a minimum of 45% marks in their law degree
• Those belonging to SC/ ST category should have obtained 40% marks to be eligible
• Candidates awaiting results for the final year LLB degree examination are also eligible to apply, however, they should be able to submit their marksheet at the time of counselling

The most difficult section of SLAT cannot be specified because the difficulty level of a subject or exam section is different for all candidates. Generally, 65% marks in the SLAT are a good score to get admission to an SLS.

The SLAT cut-off is made up of scores secured by candidates in the SLAT exam, PI and What. Based on the selection of candidates in the SLAT merit lists for a particular 5-year LL.B. Programme, seats are offered to each candidate. Symbiosis International University (SIU) conducts the Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT) for admission to the BA LLB course every year. To apply for SLS entranecexam, candidates must have cleared Class 12th exam from a recognised board of education with a minimum of 45% aggregate in case of General category candidate.

For candidates belonging to SC or ST category, the minimum required percentage is 40%. Also, the candidates whose Class 12th results are awaited can register for the entrance test. Provided, they will have to submit their passing certificate at the time of admission to the university.
