Preparation in the last month for any entrance exam needs complete focus and dedication to cover all the topics on time.
Preparing for the entrance in the last month is quite difficult but not impossible. One should be determined to clear the exam. The first and foremost important thing is the study material referred to for preparation. The best study material is the Universal Law Publication book for CLAT and LLB entrance examination. This book covers all the topics in an organised manner and also covers previous year questions of different exams conducted in India. During preparation, only reading would not help instead, make short notes of every topic covered as this would help in revision.
The students could also refer to online videos on YouTube. This would help in understanding the topic in a better manner.
Exam Pattern
The time duration of the CLAT exam is two hours. There are 150 questions of 1 mark each. The mode of examination is offline and language is English. There is negative marking in CLAT, i.e. 0.25 would be deducted for every wrong answer. The marks distribution of each topic is as follows:

The scoring subject in CLAT is the English Language. The students should focus on the topics which they have an interest in. General Knowledge is one topic that needs to be prepared daily. Hence, read the newspapers daily and make notes of the important events and dates and go through the same regularly.
Make notes of each topic that you read from day one of preparation as, revision of topics from books and videos would be quite difficult. The syllabus of CLAT is extensive, therefore, this could not be revised in a day. The best study plan is to prepare the notes and revise the same in the end. The notes could be prepared in many forms, i.e. flow charts, pointers, etc.

Self-evaluation is needed for better preparation. This could be done by solving as many mock papers as possible. This would help in understanding the weak areas that need improvement. There are many websites available which provide mock papers and previous year question papers as well. The previous year question papers would help in understanding the way the questions are asked in the exam.
In the last week, just revise the notes that you have made. Avoid reading something new in the last week.
