TISSNET 2024 will be held in last week of February in CBT mode. With a year for the examination, candidates must execute the devised strategy effectively and reduce stress. Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) conducts the TISSNET exam for admission to postgraduate programmes offered in TISS campuses at Hyderabad, Mumbai, IMHST Chennai, G-SET Ranchi, Tuljapur, Guwahati and MHAT Calicut. The duration of the computer-based entrance exam is 100 minutes (one hour & 40 minutes) and will be conducted in offline mode across 40 exam cities in India.  

Before starting with the preparations, candidates need to have a good understanding of the TISSNET syllabus and TISSNET exam pattern. Questions in the TISSNET exam are based on three subjects, i.e. English Proficiency, Mathematics & Logical Reasoning and General Awareness. Unlike other MBA exams, TISSNET lays emphasis on the social sensitivity of test-takers. Candidates who are shortlisted on the basis of TISSNET scores are further called for Pre-Interview Test or Group Discussion and Personal Interviews.
