KMAT Karnataka is conducted for MBA and MCA colleges in Karnataka, including Bengaluru. Check here the list of participating colleges for KMAT exam.
Karnataka Private Post Graduate Colleges’ Association (KPPGCA) conducts the Karnataka KMAT exam for admission to MBA/PGDM and MCA courses offered in more than 185 colleges in Karnataka, including Bengaluru. KPGCA will conduct the KMAT 2023 exam on November 5, 2023. KPPGCA will send KMAT scores to the participating colleges after the results announcement. Moreover, other self-financing PG colleges in Karnataka accepting MBA entrance exams such as CAT/XAT/MAT/NMAT by GMAC can also accept KMAT scores as part of admission criteria.
The colleges accepting KMAT scores will also conduct selection rounds, including Group Discussion, Personal Interview, and Writing Ability Test (WAT) as part of the final admission process. The final admissions will be based on:
- KMAT scores
- Academic qualification including relevant subjects and minimum marks
- Group Discussion, Writing Aptitude/Ability Test and Personal Interview scores
- Work experience of minimum one year after graduation
