Make a foolproof study plan

In order to score well in DAVV CET 2022, aspirants need to come up with a foolproof study plan after analysing their capabilities and limitations. They should create a timeline to cover all the important topics within a month with enough time to spare for revision. Since all the sections of the DAVV CET question paper are equally crucial, aspirants should devote requisite time to each one of them. Candidates should categorise the topics to be covered as the most difficult, difficult, moderate and easy. With one month in hand, the exam preparation plan has to be smart and realistic. After going through the syllabus, aspirants should make a list of topics that are their strong points and can be covered quickly. Focus on those topics should be done first, after which they can move on to tougher topics. Starting with the strong topics will help them gain the confidence that is required to prepare for the tough topics. Since DAVV CET has negative marking; the candidates must aim for 100 per cent accuracy.

Work on your weak points, but don’t ignore strengths

Candidates should list down their weak areas and make a rundown of topics that need immediate attention. They should set aside at least an hour from their daily study schedule to cover such topics. Solving sample questions from these topics will give them an idea of where they stand and work on them. At the same time, they must not ignore their strong areas as, without revision or practice, they may lose touch on the strong areas. They should set aside an hour to go through the concepts and solve a few sample questions, even if they are confident about those topics.

Practice Mock Tests

Candidates should adopt a dynamic approach to attempt DAVV CET mock tests. In the first week, they should stick to one mock a day and devote more time to topic-wise preparation. From the second week onwards, solving two mocks a day and spending another hour to assess the performance would be sufficient. While analysing the mock tests, candidates should note mistakes they made in the previous attempts and ensure that it is not be repeated in the next mock session.

Revise every day without fail

Candidates should create a separate revision timetable and include all the topics they have covered so far. It will not only make the preparation more organised but also boost their confidence level. Even if they are able to learn only two to three topics in a day, they should revise those topics diligently so that they do not forget the concepts. Along with the usual revision plan, they should also go through all the important formulae and theorems of each subject. They must ensure that they lay equal emphasis on all the important definitions and examples of English grammar and vocabulary.
