Mystory@Sanjay Singh: How MBA changed my life, personally & professionally

2 mins readUpdated on May 12, 2017 15:55 IST

First of all, I would like to share one thing that education is a very important factor in our life because it gives us respect, knowledge and also helps us in learning new things. I have done my graduation from Motiram Baburam Govt. Post Graduate College, Haldwani.

I belong to a middle class family so my father’s income is limited that is why I started working at the time of my graduation to make money. But I continued my studies and my family always supported my studies. So, after completing my graduation I wanted to continue my studies and wanted to pursue an MBA course. But my father was not able to pay that much money for MBA and I thought I would falter because of money. To help me out my elder sister took a step and asked my father to take an education loan for my studies. My father also agreed to what she said and finally I joined MBA course in a very big college. I feel complete because of my family’s support.

Focus on your dreams and trust yourself. Whatever ups and downs come in your life, do not get demotivated. In the end you will definitely be successful.

I left my job after graduation and focused only on my studies. I will complete my MBA this year and the good news is that in my campus placement I have been offered a job at a reputed company which is located in Indore. Soon, I will join this company.

My college life: classes, extra-curricular activities and more

Everyone in my faculty are so supportive. My class coordinator, Mrs Divya Joshi and Mrs Priyanka Lohany are very helpful. Whenever I had any query regarding subjects, exams or future goals, I discuss with them. They were very kind. I would especially like to mention about Dr Manish Bisht who is the HOD of Management Department and he is very supportive at all times. I have learnt many things from him. He is really a very inspiring person.

About extra-curricular activities in our college, I participated in Management day which is held in our college. I conducted a game and all the students who came for the event enjoyed my game.
