IBSAT Admit Card 2024 (Available): Slot Booking Open @general.ibsindia.org, Download Hall Ticket

IBSAT slot booking has commenced online. Candidates who registered for IBSAT 2024 can slot the exam as per their preffered time and date. IBSAT 2024 exam will be conducted in a two days winodw in online proctored mode. IBSAT 2024 will be held on December 28 and December 29, 2024. Only candidates who will book the IBSAT exam slot will be able to download the admit card soon after. The IBSAT admit card will mention the candidate's details and exam details. Check the steps below to know how to book a exam slot below:

Step 1- Visit the official website of ICFAI Business School

Step 2- Click on the tab 'IBSAT Login' and click on ‘Book a seat’ tab

Step 3- Enter the following details:

• Test name
• City
• Date
• Test centre name
• Test centre address

Step 4- Select the suitable IBSAT exam timing and click on the tab ‘Book’

Step 5- Candidates will be given one minute to confirm the timing of the IBSAT examination.

Step 6- Screen will now display the candidate and examination details.

Step 7- Download the IBSAT admit card.

To download the IBSAT admit card, you must book the exam slot. IBSAT 2024 slot booking window will open tentatively in first week of November 2024. Only candidates who will register for the exam will be able to book the exam slot when the window is open. Only candidates who will book the IBSAT exam slot will be able to download the admit card soon after the confirmation. To download the IBSAT 2024 admit card, you must follow the following stages:

Stage 1- Register for IBSAT exam on or before third week of December

Stage 2- Book the exam slot when the window is activated

Stage 3- Download the admit card

Stage 4- Appear for the IBSAT exam on book date and time.

ICFAI Business School Aptitude Test (IBSAT) 2024 exam will be held in remote proctored mode on December 28 and December 29. The exam is conducted in a two days window wherein, candidates can book the exam slot as per their preference. On the day of the examination, candidates must keep with them the following origibal documents ready for verification proces during the remote proctored examination:

• Admit Card
• Keep any of the documents handy for identity verification by the Remote Proctors for securing appearance in the IBSAT exam, failing which candidates shall not be allowed to take the exam. Candidates will not be allowed to keep any other document with them other than IBSAT 2023 admit card and any one original identity card issued by the Government departments viz. 
  • Passport
  • Driving Licence
  • PAN Card
  • UID Aadhaar Card
  • Voter Card 

Incase candidates are unable to book the IBSAT exam slot, in such a scenario, candidates must check the internet connection and login again and try booking the IBSAT 2024 exam slot again. If the problem persists, candidates must immediately contact at IBS  office helpline number- +91–040–2344 0963/62/61/60 on working days. Candidates can also register their complaint on ibsat (at)ibsindia.org. Candidates must also try the following measures to book IBSAT exam slot/download the admit card:

1. Candidates must make sure that they have a secure and smooth internet connection to download the IBSAT admit card.
2. Candidates must ensure that they have entered the correct login credentials: application number and Password.
3. Candidates must clear the browser cache and cookies and try again.
4. Candidates can also try a upgraded browser to access the IBS website.
5. Candidates must ensure that they have filled the complete IBSAT application form along with the payment of application fee of INR 1800

If you have forgotten your IBSAT login password, you can reset it by following these steps:

Step 1- Go to the IBSAT login page and click on the "Forgot Password" tab.

Step 2- Enter your registered email address to receive the link for chamging passowrd.

Step 3- A link will be sent on the registered email address.

Step 4- Click on the link and reset the password and click on the "Submit" button.

Step 5- Once you have reset your password, you can log in to your IBSAT account, book the exam slot and download your admit card. If you face any issues while resetting your password, you can contact the IBS office helpline or send an email to the IBS helpdesk for assistance.

IBSAT 2024 admit card can be re-downloaded till the date of examination. Only candidates who will register for the IBSAT exam and book the slot will be able to download the admit card when released online. In case candidates have misplaced or lost the IBSAT admit card, they can re-visit the ICFAI Business School official website and re-login with the credentials- Application number and password. To re-download the IBSAT admit card candidate check the steps mentioned below:

Step 2- Enter the login credentials:

• Password

Step 3- Click on the tab 'login'

Step 4- Screen will now display the IBSAT admit card

Step 5- Check for the details mentioned on the admit card

• Name
• Photograph
• Signature
• Application Number
• Exam Dates

• Instruction to examinees

Step 6- Download and take the print for the admit card.

No, ICFAI Business School will not issue the hard copy of the IBSAT admit cards. Candidates who will have registered for the IBSAT 2024 examination, must download the admit card online. The IBSAT 2024 admit card can be downloaded by entering the login credentials and booking the IBSAT exam slot. Candidates who have registered for the IBSAT 2024 exam, will be able to download the admit card tentatively from first week of November 2024. It is advisable candidates must save and download the IBSAT 2024 admit card on the desktop from which candidate will be appearing for the exam. Also candidates must take the printout of the IBSAT admit card to show during the IBSAT exam for verification process.

Incase if any discrepancy or mismatch in IBSAT admit card details in comparison to the actual document will lead to disqualification of the candidate for future IBSAT examination process. Still, if candidates find any discrepancy in IBSAT 2024 admit card they must immediately contact at the helpline number of the ICFAI Business School (IBS). • Test name
• City
• Date
• Test centre name

Step 7- Select the suitable exam timing and click on the tab ‘Book’

Step 8- Candidates will be given 1 minute to confirm the timing of the examination.

Step 9- Screen will now display the candidate and examination details.

Step 10- Download the IBSAT admit card.

IBSAT 2024 exam will be conducted in online proctored mode. In this mode of examination candidates will be able to take the exam form their own laptops/desktops at their convenience. In such a case, no test taker shall be allowed to keep with him/her any book, study material, handwritten or printed notes, headphone, mobile phone, pager, earphone, digital diary, calculator, bluetooth device, laptop, palmtop, smart watch, health band or any other electronic device or gadget. Also, candidates are also not allowed to use pen/pencil and paper for the IBSAT online test. No person, other than the IBSAT registered candidate, shall be present for the test. Candidate should not talk to any one during the test or read questions / answers aloud. If found, such candidates will be disqualified.

IBSAT 2024 admit card is an important identity document which has to be shown on the day of the examination. The details mentioned on the IBSAT admit card marks the eligibility of the candidate.
