AP ICET 2025 registration will commence tentatively in first week of March at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in. The last date to fill the AP ICET application form 2025 without late fee will be notified on the release of APICET official notification. Candidates desiring to take admission to MBA/MCA programme of top colleges in Andhra Prdadesh could fill the AP ICET application form online. Candidates must ensure to fulfil the prescribed eligibility criteria before filling the application form, failing to which their candidature will stand cancelled. Registered candidates will be able to download the AP ICET hall ticket 2025 when released. AP ICET 2025 exam will be conducted first week of May in offline mode.

Q:   When will the APICET registration begin?

A:

APICET 2025 registration process will commence online at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in in first week of March. Candidates will be able to fill the AP ICET application form online (with late fee) on or before the last date. The last date for Andhra Pradesh ICET 2025 registrations without late fee will be announced. Registrations with late fee INR 1000, 2000, 3000, 5000 will commence soon after the registration without late fee ends. Candidates not registering on or before the prescribed date will not be given further chances to apply for the AP ICET exam. Candidates are advised to stay updated with the Andhra Pradesh ICET application form 2025 important dates to know the last date of registrations with and without late fees. Only candidates who will register for the AP ICET exam will be able to download the admit card when released.

Q:   When will Andhra Pradesh ICET notification 2024 release?

A:

AP ICET notification 2025 will be released online. APSCHE will first release the Andhra Pradesh ICET 2025 notification in newspapers and then released online at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in in first week of March. On release of the Andhra Pradesh ICET notification 2025, candidates will be able to check the important dates, exam pattern, application process, eligibility criteria, syllabus and selection criteria. Earlier, APSCHE announces the Andhra Pradesh ICET 2024 exam date. Andhra Pradesh ICET 2025 exam is expected to be held in first week of May. The exam will be held in CBT mode. Candidates will have to report at the alloted exam centre on the day of examination.

Documents required to fill AP ICET Application Form 2025

Candidates filling the AP ICET application form 2025 must keep the following documents or information ready:

  • Receipt form from AP Online Centre
  • Credit Card / Debit Card/Net Banking details
  • Marks memos / Hall Ticket Number of Degree / Intermediate / Class 10
  • Marks memos of degree / Intermediate (Class 12 )
  • Class 10 or Equivalent Certificate
  • Income certificate issued by MRO through MeeSeva
  • Study certificates from Class 6 to Class 10, Class 12 / diploma and degree
  • Caste Certificate issued by the MRO/ Competent Authority through MeeSeva
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Ration Card
  • A good quality passport size photograph in .jpg or .jpeg of size less than 50Kb

Note: Signature affixed with a black pen on a white paper needs to be scanned and saved as .jpg or .jpeg of less than 30Kb

Q:   Can one apply for the Andhra Pradesh ICET exam after the application deadline ends?

A:

Yes, candidates willing to appear for APICET will be able to apply for Andhra Pradesh ICET exam even when the registration deadline ends. However, in that case, the applicant will have to pay a late fee along with the AP ICET application fee amount (INR 650/- for OC & INR 600/- for BC and INR 550/- for SC/ST Candidates). The last day to apply for AP ICET 2025 without late fee will be notified. Candidates registering after the last date without late fee will have to pay the late application fee of INR 1000, INR 2000, INR 3000 and INR 5000 as per the schedule. However, once the application deadline with a late fee ends, they will not have any further chance to apply for APICET. AP ICET 2025 registration with late fee of INR 1000 is expected to commence in second week of April 2025.

Candidates seeking admission in MBA courses through APICET should fulfill the following criteria: 1)Candidate should be an Indian National and should conform to the local/non-local status requirement as per government rule 2)Candidates should have passed a three-year Bachelors degree course in any stream with a minimum 50 per cent aggregate (SC, ST and BC with 45 per cent aggregate) from a recognised university 3)Candidates in their final year of 3-year Bachelor's degree and awaiting results are also eligible to apply for APICET 2025 exam.

How to fill AP ICET Application Form 2025?

To fill the AP ICET 2025 application form online, candidates must refer the steps mentioned below:

  • Visit the official website of AP ICET 2025- cets.apsche.ap.gov.in
  • Select 'Fee Payment Tab'
  • Fill in all the mandatory details asked
  • After filling in the mandatory details click on the Initiate Payment button where the control will lead you to the AP Online Payment Gateway
  • Select the mode of payment credit card or debit card or net banking
  • Select the relevant Card Type logo and click on the button “Make Payment” to pay the fees and click on “Proceed to Fill Application” to fill the form
  • Fill in the details of payment reference ID, qualifying examination hall ticket number, mobile number and date of birth in the format (DD/MM/YYYY)and click on Proceed to complete the application process by adding the following details:
    • Personal details
      • Name, father's name, mother's name, date of birth, gender, Aadhar card number, enrollment number, birth district, ration card number and birth state
      • Category, annual income of the family, caste certificate, community detail, special category reservation.
    • Address
      • House number, street/village/locality, town/city/Mandal, state, district, pin code, mobile number, and email ID.
    • Qualifying examination details 
    • Common Entrance Test details such as:
      • preference for a test centre in the primary district, preference for a test centre in the second district.
    • Upload the required documents. Check the table below to know the documents and prescribed size and format:

  • Save the information and documents uploaded.
  • Once the online application is submitted, two more buttons pop up - Modify and Confirm/Freeze. Choose the desired option
  • Print the submitted application by clicking on ‘Print Application’

Mode of Payment

The fee for AP ICET 2025 can be paid by the following modes:

AP Online by Cash:

  1. a)  Choose your nearest AP Online centre
  2. b)  Visit the centre to pay the fees You will receive a receipt for the registration fee paid to contain a Payment Id from the payment centre

Debit Card / Credit Card/ Net Banking: If you choose Debit card /Credit card /Net Banking mode

  1. a)  Click on the “Make Payment” button and proceed by filling in the required details
  2. b)  You will be redirected to the Payment Gateway webpage
  3. c)  After your payment is successful Payment Id will appear on the screen. Note down the Payment Id

How to Check the Application Payment Status?

In case candidates' account is debited and the APSCHE website gets disconnected before payment, candidates can check the status by clicking on the 'Know your payment status' option. For this, candidates need to enter the qualifying exam hall ticket number and contact number. The amount will be refunded to the candidate's account in 5 working days. 

Printing of AP ICET Application Form 2025

After applying, candidates should take a printout for the record. To print the AP ICET application form 2025, candidates need to enter payment reference ID, registration number, qualifying examination hall ticket no, mobile number and date of birth. 

Q:   What is the application fee for Andhra Pradesh ICET exam?

A:

The application fee for the AP ICET 2025 exam is INR 650/- ( for Other Categories); INR 600/- (for Backward Class); INR 550/- (for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes) candidates, which is inclusive of a fee amount and a service tax of INR 29.50. Candidates will be able to pay the Andhra Pradesh ICET application fee in online mode only- Net Banking, debit card, and credit card. On successful payment of application fee, candidates must ensure to note the payment ID and transaction number for future logins. In case of unsuccessful payment status, candidates will be refunded the amount paid within seven working days. Candidates must ensure to enter the details correctly while paying the application fee. Candidates must note that the fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

  • The user gets directed to the 'Applications Corrections for AP ICET 2025' window
