UPSEE result 2021 will be declared by AKTU (Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University) on the official website of the exam in the Second week of September. Based on the performance of candidates in UPSEE (UPCET) 2021, separate merit lists will be released by AKTU for different courses. Exam qualifiers will be able to check the UPCET scorecard and merit position/ rank on the official website of the exam by submitting their roll number and date of birth. Candidates who will qualify for the exam can participate in the UPCET counselling process. UPSEE counselling registration will start in the last week of September 2021.

How to Check UPSEE Result 2021?
Candidates can follow the below-mentioned steps to check their UPSEE result/ scorecard.

What details will be provided in UPCET Result 2021?
UPSEE result and scorecard will contain the following details of candidates:
- Name
- Roll number
- Date of birth
- Course applied for
- Paper for which the exam is given
- Category
- Sub-category
- Merit position/ rank
- Total marks scored
- Marks obtained in each subject
How to Calculate UPCET Score?
Each correct answer in UPCET will be awarded four marks. There will be no deduction of marks for an incorrect answer in the exam. There is no provision of negative marking for questions left unanswered in the UPSEE (UPCET) exam. However, “a record of incorrect answers given by a candidate will be kept separately,” informs the official website.
It may be noted that all questions in UPSEE 2021 exam will contain objective type multiple-choice questions. Candidates have to select only one choice for the correct answer to a question. Candidates who mark more than one answer in a question will not be given any marks for that question.
What is UPSEE Inter-se-merit Rule?
In case, two or more candidates score equal marks in UPSEE 2021, their rank/ inter-se-merit in the exam will be determined in the following way:
- Number of incorrect answers: Firstly, candidates who have a lesser number of incorrect answers in the exam will be awarded a higher rank
- Marks obtained in different sections of the exam: Secondly, candidates who score more marks in different sections (as mentioned in the table below) of the exam will be placed at higher merit

As per the order of the Uttar Pradesh State Government, the minimum cutoff percentage of marks that candidates require to qualify for UPSEE merit 2021 are:
