Pattern of RPVT 2023 in detail
The question paper
- As mentioned earlier, the RPVT exam pattern 2023 states that the examination will be conducted in an offline mode
- Candidates will get 3 hours to attempt the question paper. The Question paper will have 180 objective type questions
- The question booklet will have questions in both English and Hindi. In case of any ambiguity in the translation of a particular question, the English version of the question will be considered as the final version.
- The question paper will have a separate column for rough work. Candidates must do all the rough work in this area only
- Candidate can take the question booklet with him/her after the exam concludes

Marking responses in the OMR sheet
- Responses in the OMR sheet should be marked with a blue/ black ballpoint pen only
- The circle should be filled completely and the marking should be dark
- Changing an answer in the OMR sheet is not permitted
Marking scheme
- For every correct answer, four (4) marks will be awarded
- For every incorrect answer, one (1) mark will be deducted
- Marks will neither be awarded nor deducted for the questions that have not been answered
- Questions for which more than one answer has been marked will be considered as incorrect
