UP AYUSH counseling 2024 is conducted to facilitate admissions to AYUSH courses across government/private AYUSH colleges offering BAMS, BUMS, BSMS, and BHMS programmes in Uttar Pradesh state. Directorate General of Medical Education and Training, Uttar Pradesh is the conducting body of UP AYUSH counseling 2024. UP AYUSH Counselling highlights are mentioned below: 

To participate in the counselling of the AYUSH UG course, a candidate has to meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Candidate should have qualified NEET 2024
• Aspirants should be at least 17 years old as mentioned in the information brochure of the current academic year
• Candidate must have passed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as subjects

Candidates are required to follow the steps mentioned below to participate in the UP AYUSH counselling process 2024:

Registration: Candidates have to register themselves and apply for the UP AYUSH counselling 2024. Candidates have to deposit a fee of INR 1,000 to register for UP AYUSH counselling. The fee has to be paid online using debit or credit cards.

Choice Filling:  In this step, candidates will have to choose the courses and colleges of their choice. It is important to exercise the choice filling and option locking facility to seek admission. 

Seat Allotment: Based on available vacant seats and candidate’s choices, the seat allotment of UP AYUSH will be published online

Reporting to the Allotted College: Shortlisted candidates have to report to the allotted college to finish the admission formalities.

Candidates who fail to register themselves for the first round can register and apply for the UP AYUSH counselling 2024 round two. For the second round candidates have to choose colleges again. The shortlisted candidates have to follow the same process as followed in the first round of counselling.

What After UP AYUSH Counselling 2024 Round Two?

After the conclusion of the second round of UP AYUSH counselling 2024, the conducting body will conduct a mop-up round to fill all the vacant seats of all the participating institutes left after the first and second rounds of UP AYUSH counselling.

The UP AYUSH Counselling 2024 state merit list is released for the applicants at the official website in the form of a PDF document. Candidates will be able to download the UP AYUSH merit list once it is released by the counselling conducting body after the registration process concludes.

Candidates whose names appear in the UP AYUSH merit list are then eligible to further participate in the choice-filling and option-locking exercise. UP AYUSH merit list is released in provisional and final merit list form. • Class 10 Marksheet and Certificate
• Class 12 Marksheet and Certificate
• NEET UG 2024 admit card and result/scorecard.
• UP state domicile certificate (for UP candidates only).
• Category certificate (if required)
• Sub Category Certificate (If required)
• ID proof such as Aadhaar, Voter card
