Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has announced RBI Assistant 2020 mains exam date. The exam will be conducted on November 22. Candidates have around one month to prepare for the exam. Candidates should pull up their socks and start preparing for the exam. It is possible to crack the exam with the help of a strategy and study plan. A study plan must cover all the important topics for the exam. It should highlight weak and strong points so that candidates can improvise on them. Right Strategy to crack RBI Assistant 2020 mains exam

Cracking the exam is not an easy task. Only clearing the overall RBI Assistant cut off will not be enough. You need to score more than the overall cutoff. Given below are some important points for RBI Assistant 2020 mains exam.

  • Focus on time management as there is sectional timing for each section
  • You need to clear sectional as well as overall RBI Assistant cutoff for final selection
  • You will not be allowed to switch to your desired section. It will be predetermined by RBI
  • ¼ marks will be deducted for wrong answers
  • There is no descriptive test in the RBI Assistant exam
  • Language Proficiency Test (LPT) will be conducted for candidates qualifying the mains exam.

Set goals

  • You must set goals which are realistic and achievable
  • Work hard every day to achieve the goals

Plan daily tasks

  • Divide your time equally for each section
  • Develop a habit of reading a newspaper or magazine to improve your reading skills and vocabulary
  • Learn short tricks for the Quantitative and Reasoning section
  • Revise tables, square roots, cube roots on a daily basis
  • Check RBI Assistant exam pattern and syllabus

Clear basic concepts

  • Clearing basic concepts should be the foremost thing in the exam
  • Work hard to get familiar with the basic methods and then proceed with the short tricks

Practice with sectional or topics

Maintain speed and accuracy

  • While practicing mocks, keep a check on your speed and accuracy
