RBI Assistant Scorecard 2023: Reserve Bank of India (RBI) released the RBI Assistant scorecard for the mains exam on April 16, 2024. The examination authority released the scorecard on the official website-rbi.org.in. However, the direct link to download the scorecard will be provided on this page. To download RBI Assistant scorecard, candidates need to enter roll number and date of birth. The scorecard displays the section-wise marks, overall marks, qualifying status, etc. Based on the marks secured in the mains exam, candidates are selected for the mains exam. Along with the scorecard, RBI Assistant cut off 2023 for the mains exam was released. RBI Assistant 2023 mains exam was conducted on December 31, 2023. Reserve Bank of India Assistant scorecard is released separately for different stages of exam. Candidates qualifying the prelims exam are called for the mains exam. The marks secured in the prelims exam are not counted for the final merit list. RBI Assistant final result is announced based on the performance in the mains exam. Candidates can download their scorecards by logging with the required credentials.

Q:   How is the cutoff for RBI Assistant Mains calculated?

RBI Assistant Mains cut off is calculated out of 200 marks. TheMainsexam is divided into five sections-Test of Reasoning, Test of English Language, Test of Numerical Ability, Test of General Awareness and Test of Computer Knowledge. There are a total of 200 questions and the total marks of the test are 200. The duration of the test is 135 minutes. RBI AssistantMainscut off is considered for final selection. Candidates qualifying theMainsexam are called for local language test. The cut off of theMainsexam is calculated based on the various factors such as difficult level of the exam, total marks, level of competition, etc.

RBI Assistant cut off is the minimum qualifying marks that candidates need to secure inorder to qualify the exam and become eligible for the next round of selection process. RBI Assistant cut off is released within a fortnight after the declaration of the result. The cut off is declared in PDF form and comprises the section-wise and overall cut off marks. Candidates securing equal to or more than the cut off marks are called for the next round of selection process. The cut off is calculated based on various factors such as number of vacancies, level of competition and number of test takes.

RBI Assistant prelims cut off is calculated out of 100 marks. The prelims cut off is used to select candidates for theMainsexam. The cut off of the prelims exam is not counted for the final merit list. RBI Assistant prelims exam pattern is divided into three sections: English Language, Numerical Ability and Reasoning Ability. The question paper of the preliminary exam contains a total of 100 questions. The total duration of the preliminary exam is 60 minutes. Candidates need to secure both the section-wise and overall cut off marks inorder to qualify the prelims exam. The prelims exam serves as a screening test for theMainsexam.

Q:   Is there any sectional RBI Assistant cutoff?

A:
Yes. There are sectional RBI Assistant cut off marks for prelims and Mains exams. Candidates are required to secure both the sectional and overall cut off marks. The cut off marks are decided based on the difficulty level of exam, number of vacancies, total marks, etc. Candidates securing equal to or more than the cut off marks are selected for the subsequent rounds of selection process. The cut off is the minimum qualifying marks which candidates need to secure inorder to qualify the exam. Candidates not securing the prescribed cut off marks are not selected for the subsequent rounds of selection process. It is mandatory to secure the cut off marks in each section as well as in total as per the category.

A:

RBI Assistant cut off is high because the competition is very high compared to other exams. The vacancy is also low compared to the number of applicants who apply for the exam. Moreover, there is no interview in RBI Assistant exam. In order to shortlist the candidates the cut off is fixed at a maximum. The exam level of RBI Assistant is easy to moderate. So with a good practice level, the candidate can score above the cut off marks.

  • For every correct answer, candidates score one mark
  • For every wrong answer, 0.25 marks are deducted.
