UP TET Syllabus for Sanskrit (Language 2)
Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board regulates the exam for Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UP TET). The candidates preparing for the UPTET exam choosing Sanskrit as Language 2 must go through the UPTET syllabus for Sanskrit to perform well in the exam. UPTET Sanskrit Syllabus has been explained in this article below in detailed format. Candidates can also check the UPTET Sanskrit Syllabus PDF in this article below. There are two papers in the UPTET exam i.e., Paper 1 and Paper 2. UPTET Paper 1 is taken to determine the eligibility of candidates to teach in the primary schools (1 to 5) of Uttar Pradesh. On the other hand, UP TET Paper 2 is taken to determine the eligibility of candidates to teach in the upper primary schools (6 to 8) in Uttar Pradesh.
UPTET Sanskrit Syllabus for Paper 1
UPTET Paper 1 syllabus includes Child Development and Teaching Methodology, Mathematics, Environmental Science, Social Studies, Science, Language 1, and Language 2. Language 1 is a compulsory subject in UP TET Syllabus which is Hindi. However, candidates can choose any one language from English, Urdu, and Sanskrit for Language 2.
UPTET Language-2 Sanskrit Syllabus
Language 2 in Paper 1 consists of 30 questions for 30 marks and each question carries 1 mark. There is no negative mark scheme in the UPTET exam. The details for UPTET Sanskrit Syllabus for Paper 1 are given below in the table:

UP TET Exam Pattern
UPTET exam is taken to determine the eligibility of candidates to teach in primary and upper primary schools of Uttar Pradesh. UPTET exam pattern comprises 150 multiple-choice questions for 150 marks. The duration of the UPTET exam is 2 hours and 30 minutes for each paper. The section-wise distribution of each paper has been provided below on the page.
