
The IISER Entrance Exam 2026 Syllabus was released on February 7, 2026. Students can download the IISER syllabus pdf online at offiical website. The syllabus of IAT 2026 comprises topics based on Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Biology. As per the exam officials, the IISER Entrance Exam Syllabus broadly follow the rationalised NCERT syllabus for 2026-27.
The authority will prepare the IISER question paper based exam syllabus. Students must follow the exam syllabus to plan their preparation strategy. IISER Berhampur will conduct the IISER Aptitude Test 2026. The exam is scheduled on June 7, 2026. The IISER Entrance Exam 2026 will be conducted in a computer-based mode for a duration of three hours, carrying 60 questions in total for four marks each. For each wrong answer, there is a negative marking of one mark.

The IISER Entrance Exam Pattern states that it is a computer-based test of three hours duration. There will be a total of 60 multiple-choice questions from Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics. Each question will carry four answer options, and test takers have to select the correct answer option.

The IISER entrance exam 2026 application process began on March 5, 2026. The mode of the application process is completely online. Students have to visit the exam portal to fill out and submit the form. Along with entering the mandatory information, they also need to upload documents such as a photograph, a signature or category certificates in the requisite format and dimensions. The last and final step is to pay the category-wise application fee in online mode.
IISER is a compulsory entrance test to get into the IISER Pune. IISER 2026 entrance exam will be conducted in computer-based test mode. The duration of the entrance exam is three hours, from 9 AM to 12 noon.
