BCECE 2024 counselling was started by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) on October 18, 2024. The last date to apply online for BCECE 2024 counselling was October 22, 2024. The counselling of BCECE 2024 was conducted online on the official website of BCECEB

BCECE 2024 counselling process is conducted by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB). Qualifying candidates who were shortlisted in the merit list as per the results of BCECE 2024 were called to participate in web counselling by registering and filling out choices.

BCECEB released the admission/ provisional seat allotment list for BCECE 2024 counselling on October 25, 2024. Candidates need to secure the allotted seat by choice locking and fee payment. The seat allotment letter of BCECE could be downloaded from October 25 to 28, 2024.

There will be two rounds of BCECE 2024 counselling scheduled so far. Additional rounds of counselling were to be organised depending on the number of vacant seats.

BCECE 2024 Counselling Process

1. Online registration: The first step of the counselling process is online registration. For this candidates have to visit the official website and click on the 'Online Counselling' link on the homepage. After this, they have to register themselves by entering BCECE 2024 Roll Number, Name, Father's Name and Date of Birth. Candidates can visit the direct link given here to register: https://bceceadmissions.nic.in/RegistrationSys/Default.aspx

2. Online option entry/ choice filling: Next, the candidates have to mark their choices from the list of colleges available in order of their preferences.

3. Provisional seat allotment: BCECEB will publish a provisional seat allotment list that candidates can log in and check in their accounts. If candidates want to secure the seat then they can freeze it, if not then they can pass it by choosing the float option. In case candidates freeze the seat, they will be issued a provisional seat allotment letter mentioning counselling venue, schedule and other details for the further seat confirmation process. Candidates need to download the allotment letter and get printouts.

4: Seat confirmation: After document verification is done as per the schedule, candidates have to log in again for the final seat allotment. They must pay the admission fee to confirm the allotted college and seat.

Class 12/Intermediate mark sheet and certificates
Class 12/Intermediate admit card/ Hall ticket
Class 10 mark sheet and certificates
BCECE 2024 Application Form Part A and B
Date of birth proof or class 10 certificate
Reserved category certificate
Income certificate
