BHU UET BA (Hons), Shastri (Hons) Admit Card 2023: Download Hall Ticket Here

The admit card is not sent to the candidates via post or any other means. They need to download it online only. The link is as follows:

Candidates can follow the below-mentioned steps to download their BHU UET admit card:

Step 1: Visit the official website of the Banaras Hindu University.

Step 2: Click on the link for BHU UET admit card.

Step 3: Enter the application number and password to login for admit card.

Step 4: Click on the download admit card button.

Step 5: View and download the admit card.

Candidates should cross-check the following details on the admit card of BHU CUET 2023:

• Name, registration ID, roll number and signature of the exam appearing candidate
• Test details including exam name, course appearing for, date and timings of the test 
• Test centre location, name, reporting timings etc. 
• Important instructions for the test day and admit card

It may be noted that it is mandatory for candidates to carry the admit card at the allotted exam centre. Candidates not carrying the admit card might not be allowed to appear for the entrance exam. 

In case of errors in the admit card, meaning the details provided in the application form do not match with the ones on the admit card, the candidates have to contact the helpline as under:

If a candidate is unable to download the admit card then they must try the following:

• Check the internet connection
• Make sure that all details entered for logging in is correct
• Make sure that you have submitted the application form within the deadline.

If all the above criteria are satisfied and candidates are still not able to download the admit card then approach the Help Line between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm or write to NTA at bhu@nta.ac.in for BHU-UET

Candidates have to carry the below-given items with their BHU CUET admit card. On the exam day candidates must take care that they are not carrying any other items apart from these:

1. Admit Card along with Self Declaration (Undertaking) downloaded from the NTA Website (a clear printout on A4 size paper) duly filled in.
2. A simple transparent Ball Point Pen.
3. Additional photograph, to be pasted on Attendance Sheet
4. Personal hand sanitiser (50 ml)
5. Personal transparent water bottle
6. ID Proof s (must be original, valid and non-expired), viz. School Identity Card/ PAN card/ Driving Licence/ Voter ID/ Passport/ Aadhar Card (With photograph)/ Aadhar Enrolment No/ Ration Card.
7. PwD certificate issued by the Competent Authority, if claiming the relaxation under PwD category
8. Sugar tablets/fruits (like banana/apple/orange) in case the candidate is diabetic.

If the name has been changed due to events such as marriage, candidates must show the relevant document at the time of the exam: Marriage Certificate / Divorce / Decree / Legal Name Change Document.

Candidates should not carry the below given items at any cost with them at the exam centre:

• Instruments
• Geometry or Pencil box
• Handbag
• Purse
• Any kind of Paper / Stationery / Textual material (printed or written material)
• Eatables (loose or packed)
• Mobile Phone / Earphone/ Microphone / Pager
• Calculator
• DocuPen
• Slide Rules
• Log Tables
• Camera
• Tape Recorder
• Electronic Watches with facilities of calculator
• Any metallic item or electronic gadgets / devices

The candidates must note the following details for BHU CUET 2023 admit card:

• No candidate will be allowed to appear at the Examination centre, on Date and timing other than that allotted to them in their Admit Card.
• The candidates are advised to read the instructions on the Admit Card carefully and follow them during the conduct of the Examination
• Admit Cards will not be sent by post
• Candidate must not mutilate the Admit Card or change any entry made therein
• Candidates are advised to preserve their Admit Cards in good condition for future reference
• No Admit Card shall be issued to the candidates whose applications are found to be incomplete for any reasons
• Issue of Admit Cards, however, shall not necessarily mean acceptance of eligibility which shall be further scrutinized at subsequent stages of the admission process.
