The Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has announced exam dates and pattern for BHU UET 2020 on January 30. The exam pattern of BHU UET 2020 for BA (Hons.) and Shashtri (Hons.) is also available along with the notification. The university will be conducting UET 2020 for Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) and BA Social Sciences on May 21 and, Shashtri (Hons.) on April 26, 2020. The entrance exams will be held in the Paper-Based Test (PBT) as well as the Computer-Based Test (CBT) modes. The mode of examination can be selected by the candidates while filling up the BHU UET 2020 application forms only. There will a common paper for BA (Hons) Arts and BA (Hons) Social Sciences and the key features will be as under:

BHU UET 2020 Marking Scheme
As per the exam pattern, the evaluation method for BA (Hons.)/ Social Sciences and Shashtri (Hons.) will be the same and as under:
Each question carries 3 marks, and the same will be awarded to candidates for correct attempts.
In case of each wrong attempt by the candidates, 1 mark will be deducted from the total scores.
No marks will be awarded or deducted for questions not attempted by the candidates.
The final scores will be based on the correct answers only.
