Q:   How can I get admission in CUSAT for BSc?

A: 

CUSAT admission to Integrated BSc-MSc programme is based on CUSAT CAT score. CUSAT CAT or Cochin University of Science and Technology Common Admission Test is a computer-based test conducted for shortlisting aspirants for admission to various courses. After completion of selection rounds, CUSAT releases a rank list based on total marks secured in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry subjects. A separate rank list is released for selected Integrated BSc-MSc specialisation. Based on the rank list, aspirants are called for counselling and document verification round.

Q:   What is the CUSAT application fee for BSc?

A: 

Candidates while applying for CUSAT Integrated BSc-MSc programme, need to pay an application fee. There is a concession in the registration fee for SC/ ST candidates belonging to Kerala. Below is the application fee:

A: 

The CUSAT CAT 2024 result has been released on June 3, 2024. It is available on the official website of Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT), www.cusat.nic.in. Candidates can check their CUSAT CAT 2024 result through their login credentials. The CUSAT CAT Result 2024 contains score/marks in the test, and thus, according to it, a candidate will be placed in the CUSAT CAT rank list 2024.

Q:   What is the application process for CUSAT BSc admission?

A: 

The mode of application is online for each CUSAT course. Aspirants have to pay an application fee of INR 1,100 (INR 500 for Kerala SC/ ST). Below are the steps to apply for CUSAT Integrated MSc programme:

Step 1: Candidates need to register on the university online portal.

Step 2: Fill out the form by entering personal and educational background details.

Step 3: Upload signature and photograph.

  • For Photograph – Upload passport size photo with dimension 150 px X 57 px and file size not more than 500 KB
  • For Signature – File size shall not be more than 100 KB and the dimension should be 130 px X 57 px

Step 4: Preview the filled-out form and check for discrepancies.

Step 5: Pay the application fee and submit the form.
