It feels like home but sometimes due to too many restrictions, we miss our home too.

Placements: We are the first batch. We do not have any idea about the placements. But if we talk about others colleges like Akal College of Engineering and Technology, they have placements in well-reputed companies like Nebaro, Bookmyshow, Maruti Suzuki, Vedanta, ITC, etc. The campus placement is good.

Infrastructure: We have a library, canteen, and sports facilities like hockey, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, lawn tennis, and badminton. There is a hospital in our locality run by the nursing college of our University. We do not have free Wi-Fi but they are working on it to avail the facility. As we are the first batch, hence we suffered the problems related to labs and lab equipment. Another building of Akal College of Agriculture is under construction.

Faculty: We have well-educated faculty members from universities like PAU, GBPUAT, Y. S. Parmar University, etc. Our course is of 4 years having 7 semesters of theory and 1 semester of practical learning. The first 6 semesters are for theory and in the 7th semester, we have experimental learning and then in 8th semester, there is again 1 theory subject.

Other: It is situated in a peaceful environment away from pollution, drugs, and western culture. As the University is being run by Kalgidhar Trust, it is a religious organization, and they completely condemn western culture. We have semester breaks after every semester of about 1 month in summer and 1 and a half month in winters, as winters are more prolonged here than summers.
