The IPU CET 2024 online registrations are open for BSc Nursing (Post-Basic) and the last date to apply has been extended to Apr 15, 2024. Further, IPU CET 2024 exam will be conducted from Apr 27, 2024 to May 14, 2024.

IP University BSc Nursing (Post-Basic) Admission 2022

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University offers a full-time BSc Nursing (Post-Basic) for a duration of two years via its one affiliated college, namely St. Stephen's College Of Nursing. The course has an annual seat intake of 20 students. Candidates willing to seek admission to BSc Nursing (Posy-Basic) programme at IPU need to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria and appear for IPU CET*. The seat allotment process is further carried out via IPU CET Counselling as per the preferences of candidates. BSc Nursing (Post-Basic)	The candidate should be a Registered Nurse and Registered midwife or equivalent with any State Nursing Registration Council, and Passed in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) with a minimum of 55% aggregate from an institution which is recognised by the Indian Nursing Council (INC) also, the candidate should be medically fit

*As per the pattern of IPU CET conducted for BSc Nursing (Post-Basic) admission at affiliated colleges of IP University, the test will comprise questions around all subjects of General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) with a weightage of 100%. The division of the number of questions in subparts of the syllabus is indicative.

IP University BSc Application Process 2022

The step-wise IP University application process is represented below, candidates seeking admission can apply online by paying an application fee of INR 1,200.

Step 1: Visit the official website of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (www.ipu.ac.in) and click on the 'Admission' tab and further click on 'Online Admission Form' from the drag-down menu.

Step 2: Read the instructions carefully, accept the declaration and click on 'Start' to proceed with the registration step of the application process.

Step 3: Select BSc from the programme drop-down menu and register with candidate's name, email ID and contact number. Further, click on 'CET' courses for BSc Nursing (Post-Basic) admission.

Step 4: Candidates will receive an application sequence number, user ID and password for future logins and a link to the application form to proceed with further steps.

Step 5: In the first stage of the application form, enter personal details, such as name, parents' name, age, nationality, etc. Also, enter the present address information along with the permanent address.

Step 6: Fill in the essential qualification details, including the year of passing and the school/ institution attended. Also, enter details around NEET UG score, if applying for BSc (Hons).

Step 7: Upload the required set of documents and pay the prescribed application fee via debit card/ credit card/ net banking.
