IPU B.Ed Eligibility & Highlights 2025
IPU B.Ed is a two-year course, which is further divided into semester patterns. Around 24 colleges affiliated with GGSIPU offer a full-time B.Ed programme and each of the colleges offers an annual seat intake of 100 students. Candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria before filling out the application form. IPU B.Ed admission is entrance-based. IPU started offering a two-year B.Ed (Special Education) programme from the academic session with the same eligibility criteria as for B.Ed. The University follows the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) guidelines for the B.Ed Special Education programmes for admissions and implementation. IPU B.Ed Admission 2025: How to Apply?
IP University admission to the B.Ed programme is entrance-based. Shortlisted candidates also have to go through a counselling round. The step-by-step admission process is further as follows:
STEP 1: GGSIPU B.Ed Application Process 2025
The application procedure is carried out via online mode. Candidates are advised to check out the eligibility criteria before registration. The step-wise IP University application process is represented below:
Step 1.1: Visit the official website of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (www.ipu.ac.in) and click on the 'Admission' tab and further click on 'Online Admission Form' from the drag-down menu.
Step 1.2: Read the instructions carefully, accept the declaration and click on 'Start' to proceed with the registration step of the application process.
Step 1.3: Select B.Ed from the programme drop-down menu and register with the candidate's name, email ID and contact number. Further, click on 'CET' courses because B.Ed comes under the 'CET' category courses.
Step 1.4: Candidates will receive an application sequence number, user ID and password for future logins and a link to the application form to proceed with further steps.
Step 1.5: In the first stage of the application form, enter personal details, such as name, parents' name, age, nationality, etc. Also, enter the present address information along with the permanent address.
Step 1.6: Fill in the essential qualification details, including the year of passing and the school/ institution attended.
Step 1.7: Upload the required set of documents and pay the prescribed application fee (INR 1,500) via debit card/ credit card/ net banking.

STEP 2: Shortlisting of Students & Release of Merit List
In the next step, applications are shortlisted based on applicants' scores in the respective entrance examinations. A cutoff list is prepared to declare the minimum score required for selection.
STEP 3: Counselling
Candidates with scores equal to or more than the cutoff can participate in the counselling round. The document verification and seat allotment is carried out in the round of counselling. The counselling schedule is published on the university's official website.
STEP 4: Admission Confirmation
The candidates selected after all the selection rounds need to pay the required admission fee for seat allotment.

CUET PG 2025 exam schedule and dates for the examination is yet to be released by NTA, national tetsting agency and also by UGC Chairman, Mamidala.
As per the previous year's trends, Mamidala, UGC Chairman on September 19, 2023, shared a tweet mentioning the CUET PG exam dates and event schedule for the CUET PG 2024 admission process. Based on the former information provided by the UGC Chairman and NTA, the examination conducting body it is anticipated that CUET PG 2025 exam notification or schedule for the academic session 2025-2026 will be announced in the last week of September 2024.
