IIT Delhi MDes Eligibility & Highlights 2024
At the PG level, IITD offers a full-time MDes programme across one specialisation only. The programme is offered for a duration of two years. IIT Delhi MDes admissions are based on valid CEED scores. It is an all-India-level entrance exam, conducted by IIT Bombay, comprising a screening test and an interview round. The institute has introduced a new programme, Master of Public Policy (MPP) for a two-year duration in full-time mode with a focus on Science, Technology & Innovation (STI) and Development at the School of Public Policy. Admission to the programme is based on a written test/ oral exam, followed by a PI round.

IIT Delhi MDes Admission 2024: How to Apply?
The step-wise application process of IITD for M.Des and MPP courses is given below:
Step 1: Visit the official website of IIT Delhi (www.iitd.ac.in). On its homepage, click on ‘Admissions’. From the drop-down menu that appears, click on ‘Announcements’.
Step 2: The admission brochure, admission pamphlet and prospectus can be downloaded from this page. Click on the ‘Apply Now’ button to proceed further.
Step 3: The registration page opens up. Click on ‘New User Register Here'. Fill out the registration form with all the details, including name, email ID, contact number, course preference, etc. Also, create an alpha-numeric password for future logins.
Step 4: Further, fill in the remaining application form by addressing other details, including guardian info, address of communication, qualifications, etc.
Step 5: Upload all the required documents in PDF format. Also, upload a passport-size photograph and signature and JPG/ JPEG format.
Step 6: Conclude the application process by paying an application fee using a debit card/ credit card/ net banking.
