Placements: Our batch has not experienced the placement session, but the placement percentage is around 90%. As per observation, placement offers are less than in previous years, but there has been an increase in internship offers, especially in our batch. There is a significant increase in the number of internships offered.
Placements: Well, I'm currently in 1st year in biotechnology and biochemical branch. Well, as much as I know about my college and about my course is that almost 80% students are placed better in this field. And the average package is 25 Lacs per annum. Well, all top companies like Google, Microsoft all come here to offer a job.
Placements: The highest and the lowest package in mechanical engineering at IIT Delhi is INR 2.4 CPA and INR 10 Lacs. The average package in the department is INR 20 Lacs. Overall, around 87% of the students were placed last year. The placement overall is very good.
Placements: Placements is almost 100% but not always in the desired roles. Average package is 22 LPA. Top roles offered are consultancy jobs and teaching jobs. Internship in 3rd year is almost 75%, every 3 out of 4 people do get an internship along with a PPO. The highest packages are offered by quant.
Placements: Internships are good. IIT Delhi has the culture of entrepreneurship. Placement season for this year will be coming soon and many companies are coming in this year as always including Google, Microsoft, Big4, Apple, Goldman Sachs, Amazon, etc.
Placements: Total 87.69% students were placed. The packages offered were 1 crore (highest), 10 Lacs (lowest) and 36 Lacs (average). Top recruiting companies for our course- Goldman, TCS, Infosys, Ford motors, H&M. 80% students got internship from our course in companies like WorldQuant- A quant researcher internship, Uber- A software engineer internship and Apollo 24/7: An operations management internship. Placements: Overall, the average package was around INR 17.60 LPA. Top roles offered were technical, IT and consulting jobs. Top recruiters of IIT Delhi placements were Air India, Microsoft, Texas Instruments, Goldman Sachs, Bajaj Auto, and Ola Electric. IIT Delhi received around 1100 offers, including PPO's. Around 10% students got internship in Google, Microsoft, etc. The highest package was around 3.5 crore INR. Lowest was 9 LPA.
Placements: My college offers top-notch placements, with maximum packages reaching 4 crore in international companies like Jane Street, Amazon, and Microsoft. The average package is around 20L and varies by branch; for instance, CS has the highest average package of approximately 30 lakhs.
Placements: My college has excellent placement records. Top-tier companies offer amazing packages, such as 3 crores and 4 crores. The average and median packages are over 20 lakhs. The lowest packages are usually in the range of 6 to 8 lakhs, and are offered by companies in the textile, biotechnology, and other lower branches.
Placements: Seniors say internships are a bit difficult to crack, but almost everyone gets a decent placement. Top recruiters are Google, Amazon, and Salesforce in tech. Bain and McKinsey are top consult recruiters. In core, the majority of placed students are in ITC, Wipro, Mahindra.
Placements: I am a first-year student, so I don't know about placements, internships, and all that stuff, but as reviewed from seniors, these are amazing at IIT Delhi. Internships are highly paid, both in India and outside India. The placement cell is really active on campus.
Placements: The placement record at IIT Delhi is quite good, with almost 60% of the students getting placed. The average package is around 15 lakhs per annum, with the highest being 1-2 crores, which is mostly for computer science students. The other students either go for higher studies or start their own ventures.
Placements: At IIM Kozhikode, placements for students in their final year commence in the second year. There are about 120 companies participating, some of which are consulting giants like BCG, Bain, and Accenture Strategy. Leading companies from BFSI (Goldman Sachs, Citibank), FMCG (Nestlé, HUL), IT (Amazon, Microsoft), etc., visit regularly. The highest package that was offered was INR 67 LPA, while the average package stood at INR 31 LPA.
Placements: The majority of students who participated in campus placements secured positions. However, if someone does not get placed, they can reach out to HR or the CEO of a company via LinkedIn, or they could visit the company in person with their resume to inquire about opportunities.
Placements: Percentage of students placed in the course is 92%. The highest package offered is 17 LPA, while the lowest package offered is 2.4 LPA. Recruiting companies such as IBM, L&T, EFG, and many others are involved. Roles include Manager, Analytics, and various others. Many students have secured internships.
Placements: IIT Delhi placement is very good compared to other engineering colleges. IIT Delhi's placement average package is 21 LPA. The highest package is 4 crore rupees per annum. In IIT Delhi, the top recruiters are ICICI Bank, Anheuser-Busch Inbev, JP Morgan, Case, and Corporation, among many others.
Placements: During the first year, students are not placed. There are many for recruiting companies for mechanical department like Tata group, Mahindra Group, etc. Roles are different in different field of companies for example, design, production, marketing, sales management, consulting engineering, etc. The highest package offered was 40 LPA, and the minimum was 8 LPA. Right now, in my first year, there are no internships.
Placements: I am uncertain about the exact percentage, but the number of placements has significantly decreased due to the recession. Additionally, for Masters courses, only a handful of companies participate in on-campus placements, resulting in a lower number of placements. Unfortunately, this year there are no companies offering core placements for Physics students.
Placements: Around 70 to 85 percent of students are placed every year. The highest package is approximately 65 LPA, while the lowest package is around 6 LPA. Companies like Indian Oil, Indian Gas, etc. visit the campus, but most students are placed in teaching roles. The internship offers are also commendable.
Placements: This year, there are approximately 150 students enrolled in the mathematics and computing branch. It has become a highly sought-after course after computer science. As a second-year student, I don't have access to the statistics regarding the highest and lowest packages, but you can always find that information on the IITD website. Additionally, all the companies that are open for computer science students are also open for students in this branch, including IT, software, consulting, and finance...
