Best placements and good return on investment .
Placements: More than 90 percent placements; the average package is 19 Lacs per annum for the ECE department. Top recruiters include Amazon, Apple, Google, and Microsoft. More than 80 percent of students get internships. The top roles offered are software developers. The highest placement for the last session in ECE AI was 56 LPA.
Infrastructure: The college has an active Wi-Fi connection, labs are present, and classrooms are well maintained. The quality of food in the canteen is decent. Medical facilities require attention. Sports and games are well played and managed. Cleanliness needs to be maintained.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable. The teaching quality is decent. The curriculum is up-to-date and relevant. Semester exams are moderately difficult. Enough gaps are provided in between semester exams for good preparation. The pass percentage is more than 90 percent.

Amazing placements but with no college life.
Placements: Almost 1 out of 4 students in our college are placed in one of the top companies such as Amazon, Microsoft, and Google. The highest placement offered last year was 1 crore. Almost 90% of students had good paying internships. No doubt, this college provides great opportunities.
Infrastructure: The hostel infrastructure is not that good. Mess food is a complete disaster, whereas, coming to the campus, it's quite a small campus. Infrastructure is also okay, but not that good. They do not have AC in every classroom, only in a few selective classes, and when it comes to desks, they are mostly broken in a few classes.
Faculty: Some teachers are indeed very helpful. It's like for some subjects, they assign you the teacher who is doing a Ph.D. from the college itself. Some teachers do have great knowledge and experience, but some are just newcomers. Coming to semester exams, personally, I would say they are not that tough, seriously.
Other: B.Tech in IT is one of the best courses. Coming to events and fests, this year no event or fest was there, all were canceled. Coming to connectivity, there is a great social circle.

Masters of Business Administration (MBA) - Batch of 2026

Good college for science stream. Not so much for management course.
Placements: Most jobs offered are in sales, marketing, and HR, and very few are in finance. From what I know, only three students out of a batch of 75 got placed in a Big 4 company. The lowest package is around 3 LPA, the median is 4-5 LPA, and the highest package I’ve seen in my senior batch is 9-10 LPA. Internships are not good at all.
Infrastructure: Labs are not accessible to MBA students. Classrooms are good and air-conditioned. The library is very average. The hostel is also average. Mess food is not great but edible. There are no proper medical facilities. The canteen is basically a small shop with decent food for the price. Sports and games clubs are available, and I’ve seen students practicing on campus.
Faculty: Out of 8 teachers, I found around 3 genuinely knowledgeable in their subjects. While the course curriculum is relevant, some subjects are not taught properly. I don’t feel industry-ready. The pass percentage is around 40-45%. Mid-term exams are easier compared to end-term exams. The papers are challenging but good.
Other: I chose this course hoping for industry exposure. They did incorporate a few webinars and seminars for the same, but nothing else. I wish we had more practical knowledge-based components in the curriculum, like industry visits or innovative projects. For most subjects, you have to study on your own. There have been no fests in the past 5 months. Scholarships are available. Extracurricular activities are present at the university level if one wishes to participate.

Good for placements. Great opportunities come with this college.
Placements: Most of the students are placed in B.Tech, including the off-campus placements. Top companies come to our college for placements and internships as well. Approximately 80 percent of students get placed. The highest package was 56 Lacs offered by Adobe, and an off-campus offer was of 1 Crore per annum. The average package is of 25 Lacs for CSE. Top recruiting companies are UKG, Google, Adobe, Microsoft, etc. Top roles offered are software engineer, data scientist, etc.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure, to be honest, is okay—not that good— but it’s fine. The library here is very nice with AC, and the Wi-Fi is all over the campus. Facilities offered by the college are really very good as they inform us about the hackathons happening or the workshops taking place, and they conduct meaningful seminars and conferences which help students to understand modern technology and learn more about generating AI. The facilities of the hostel are fine, and the food is okay.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. They help us if we face any issues regarding any topic. They also conduct extra lectures if the syllabus is left and exams are coming. The course curriculum is very good as from this year they have included DSA in the 1st year only to help students develop skills and be prepared for placement from the start. The exams are not that difficult; if you study a little every day, you will be able to score really well.
Other: I chose this course because I was getting computer science and engineering at a very good college whose placement is also good.

The IGDTUW review - honesty and willingness.
Placements: IGDTUW is famous for its placements from all the branches. On average, 80% of the students got placed through campus selection in the year 2022, which is quite good. IGDTUW also has a placement cell that takes care of placements from the beginning to the end. Overall, it's very good compared to other colleges.
Infrastructure: Talking about infrastructure, it's quite average or I would say below average. The tables, chairs, blackboards, podiums, etc., are all 30 years old. Being a government college, what else can we expect? Even the labs are in very poor condition, and equipment doesn't work properly.
Faculty: The faculty is no doubt very good. They are well-qualified, well-educated, and well-experienced. All of them are very talented in their own fields, and they are willing to express their knowledge. But it's not a school, so you will have to figure out how to make the best use of the faculty. There's even a concept of guest teachers here.
Other: College life will be good. Knowing about the placement will keep you motivated to do well. Other things like fests or events take place from time to time, like other colleges. Not so "wow," but worth participating in.

Good placements but no campus life.
Placements: Placements are really good, various software development internships and roles are offered, even non-technical roles are also offered. Even core branches have good placements, both technical and non-technical; both national and international companies visit.
Infrastructure: Hostel life is bad: early curfew, no AC classrooms, 5 people living in the same room, no wifi 24/7, very strict rules and regulations, warden doesn't even hear to the needs of students, no actions are taken even after protests, and very poor conditions.
Faculty: Faculty are okay. Some are PhD students teaching freshers; some faculty are really cool and experienced; some are straight-up narcissists. The exams are not that hard, previous year questions and notes are enough to get a decent CGPA. The library is well maintained.
