Placement ,hostels, and fest of IGDTUw
Placements: Top recruiting companies are Google , Microsoft, Goldman Sachs , and De Shaw for roles of data analyst and software engineer. Almost 90 percent of students are placed every year, with an average package of 20 lakh and a highest of 1.2 crore for this year and a lowest of 7 lakh .
Infrastructure: The total area of the college is small compared to other colleges. There are not great grounds for sports and all. Hostels are good. Labs are quite great for practical knowledge. For medical facilities, there is only one medical room. There is no great canteen in the college .
Faculty: The teachers are great, but coming to academics, the checking of papers and all is very strict. The curriculum is quite old-fashioned types. Semester exams are of moderate level, and the passing percentage is 45 percent. Taking midsems or minor exams seriously matters a lot .
Other: We have three annual fests: Technical fest technical fest -innerve cultural fest - taranganna sports fest - Synergy There are various scholarships available on the college website .extra co circullars are quite limited. The best thing about this college is its placement .

Recession Proof College for-B.Tech.
Placements: Placements are 100% even in times of recession. The placement cell is very cooperative; they take care that all of the students get placed. The highest package goes to 84 lpa in the country 1.4 vr outside the country. The top companies are Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Flipkart, Oracle, Deshaw, and many more.
Infrastructure: In many societies, like singing, dancing, managing, drama, sports, teaching, and many more, you can outshine yourself. Some classrooms have AC and some don't, but all the labs and libraries are AC-centralized. The canteen and nescafe are there, and the food quality is quite decent.
Faculty: All the teachers are Ph.D. professors and have very good knowledge and teaching skills. The course curriculum is apt for engineering, and the college environment makes one industry ready. Semester exams are easy if one takes class with full dedication. The minimum passing mark is 45/100.
Other: I chose artificial intelligence and machine learning because it is a trend and an upcoming future. Also, subjects get my interest. Events and festivals are too good. Extracurriculars are best if one wants to know herself best.

IGDTUW: we came for the placements, left with something better.
Placements: All over the internet, if there is one thing to be deduced, it's that recession has not arrived in igdtuw. Placements have been absolutely amazing and it's a matter of great pride to see our seniors score such amazing jobs! I think the highest package last I heard was 82lpa and 52 LPA for mechanical branch.
Infrastructure: Course, at least for first year, core branches, is bit, irrelevant. As expected with any government college infra isn't the best, especially since igdtuw is really old, being a pre independence established college. Rest Wi-Fi, slow as it is, is there. Library looks like one of those old Delhi shops, tucked away in the middle of nowhere and cc is pretty cool I guess.
Faculty: Exam quality is good and curriculum for 1st year students is irrelevant. Things aren't that hard though if you're regular in studies. Teachers mostly cover everything in class itself and the exam pattern is pretty much set. We have sits where seniors upload notes and pyqs and that is a god send when you start preparing 3 days before the exams.
Other: The students population is kind amazing. I might be based, because I found some really cool friends here, but we've had soo much fun that it's to imagine life anything different. Fests were good but not great, I'm hoping the main fest would be different and more fun.

One of the best college for women.
Placements: Our college has a remarkable campus placement record, with nearly 90% of students securing placements. The placement cell is highly proactive, offering numerous placement opportunities to students. The salary packages offered range from 8 lpa to 45 lpa, with an average package of 15 lpa. Prominent companies like Adobe, Uber, Amazon, and Flipkart actively recruit from our college, offering roles such as project manager and developer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college was well designed. All the facilities at the college were good enough. The college had a high-speed Wi-Fi connection throughout the whole campus. Classrooms at the college were big and facilitated. The labs at the college were properly equipped. The college had a hostel facility too, but I was a local, so I had not opted for it.
Faculty: All the professors at our college were well qualified and knowledgeable. Most of the professors had done masters in their respective fields. Teachers used to teach everyone equally. The course curriculum was designed in such a way that it made scholars industry-ready. Exams at the college were quite easy to pass.
Other: There were various events organized at our college. All the faculty members of our college were supportive of the students.

Inside insights from IGDTUW: You will not regret after 4 years for sure.
Placements: The placement scenario in IGDTUW is what makes it worthy. With each passing year, the upcoming batch is performing much better than the previous batch. Placement percentage is about 80–85 percent and is almost full in CSE and IT branches, mainly computer-related branches. The average package is around 18–20 LPA and our college attracts numerous companies like Google, Microsoft, MotorQ, Intuit, and Uber, to name a few.
Infrastructure: We do not have that advanced infrastructure when compared to other colleges like DTU, NSUT, and IIITD. But the good thing is that it's getting better day by day and it's a very new college as compared to DTU and NSUT. So definitely, there is a difference in the campus size and infrastructure. The facilities here are slightly above average.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are really helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is good as long as you are concerned about your studies. Of course, you will study one day before exam and that's the truth. If you want the help of a teacher, they are always ready to help. The course is a bit relevant and is basically the same as what other colleges offer.
Other: Placement was the main thing that attracted me here and many other students from Delhi and outside Delhi too. If the course upgrades more in technology, it would be much more relevant, which is what I personally feel should be done. Taarangana is the annual fest of IGDTUW and is really appreciated by other colleges too.
