My experience in the college is neither good nor bad.
Placements: The placements in the college are below average, but then that's the case with every other engineering university. A couple of companies visit the campus for placements, but none are quite good. The average salary package offered by these companies was around Rs. 15,000 per month.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good, and most probably, this is the best thing about the college. All the classrooms are good, well-ventilated and look cool because there are aeroplanes all over the campus. There is a gym in the college. Canteens are very good. The Wi-Fi is non-existent as far as I know. Labs and workshops are average. There is a football field, but generally, it is empty. There is a portable defibrillator hanging for medical needs.
Faculty: Only a couple of faculty members are quite amazing as they'll help you. You have to find them and make sure you ask them for help. The curriculum in all engineering colleges is pretty much the same. There are some faculty members who'll bully you in terms of assignments, attendance, and especially submitting EG sheets (the most horrible professor who now handles examinations), and they'll do it just for the sake of it. You have to find the industry exposure of your own. Industrial visits are scarce and are more like picnics for the students who want that feel even after high school.
Other: Events organised in the college are good. The campus crowd is good. The campus connectivity is good, but it depends on where you stay. Greenery surrounds the college. There are no extracurricular activities in the college.

The university is good, and the placements of the college are also good.
Placements: The placements in this college are good, and it is increasing every year. There are many good companies which visit the college for the placements, and both the technical and non-technical companies visit the college for the placements. The college also provides training in the company.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good in the college, and the college has four buildings on the campus. The college has a canteen, and there are separate hostels for boys and girls. The college also has a big playground which can be used by the students for playing different games.
Faculty: The faculty members of the Indus University are pretty good, and they are really helpful to the students. The faculty members of the college are different for the different departments, and the departments have different HOD respectively. The faculty members of the college helps the students in studies and also in project making task.
Other: This college conducts Tech fest, workshops and extracurricular activities.

Great infrastructure and student-friendly but don't expect a great future ahead.
Placements: Placements do arrive for final year students. Mostly for computer, IT branches. A girl last year got 7.5 lakhs from computer branch. TCS and Electrotherm were amongst them, though the number of students placed was on the lower side. Around 6-7% of the students got placements mostly from computers and IT, while mechanical, civil and automobile were branches with the least offerings of placements.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are well-equipped with a projector, surround speakers and nice benches. Air circulation in the classrooms is good. Summers are harsh. The library is well equipped with lots of books on most of the subjects as well as G.K. Newspapers from 7 publishers arrive every day. The canteen food is satisfactory. Hostel rooms are not up to the mark and also, they are a bit expensive. It lacks a sports ground. There is a common parking, a football field and a volleyball court.
Faculty: Some faculty members are good and knowledgeable, while all are qualified. A few lack in knowledge of their subjects & teaching skills. The course is a bit easy & needs to be improved. There are industrial visits mostly in local companies. Books of Indian authors will be used mostly by the faculty members. The student to faculty ratio differs from branch to branch. We have 12 faculty members for 60*4 students.
Other: It is a student-friendly college in the suburbs of the city. Food will be an issue. The college is powered by solar panels during cutoff. There is a hidden canteen behind the aeronautical lab which has better food than the main canteen. Architecture is great. Aeronautical engineering and maintenance is a major attraction course. Planes and jets are placed all over the campus. There is 1 fighter jet, 1 Boeing 737 cargo plane, 1 Learjet and several Septnaz kept on the campus. It is spread in 13 acres of land.

One of the best college in Ahmedabad for good infrastructure and faculty.
Placements: The placement in core field was not much except 1 or 2 companies, only sales and executives types of jobs were much. In core sector companies, two classmates of our batch were placed in one MNC whose placement drive was too in another college. They were given a package of around 2.2 lacs p.a. They were recruited as a graduate engineer trainee. Overall the placement was not up to the mark.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure consists of two main buildings, having enough number of lecture halls and drawing halls. There are laboratories with well-equipped equipment and also a library. Also, there is a big football ground, basketball court and other sports facilities for sports lover. Also, the college campus consists of two hostel buildings, each for boys and girls. Then there are two canteens in campus too.
Faculty: There are enough well-qualified faculty members. All of them have enough knowledge regarding their fields. The course curriculum was also good. We were having full six months for internship and that was in last semester. Overall faculty and academic curriculum are in the favor of students.

Indus University Ahmedabad review.
Placements: The placements are average, not very good. The college is not keen on getting the students placed neither very good companies come here. Having said that, every student who wishes to have a job gets one, thanks to the ever demanding tech field and startups. However, those are not very lucrative to begin with.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is better than most campuses in the city. The labs are perhaps the most important and the only positive point about the college, apart from the library which often has issues of non-availability of the books. There is no dedicated area for a playground. What they call as the playground is often used as a secondary parking lot.
Faculty: The faculty members across different departments are very knowledgeable and experienced from organizations such as ISRO, PRL to name a few. The course curriculum designed in sync with industry is another added advantage. The curriculum lays due focus on practical knowledge and projects.
