The total tuition fee for the two-year MTech/ ME and M.Chem.Engg programme offered by ICT Mumbai ranges between INR 1.8 lakh and INR 16 lakh. This fee, however, is sourced from unofficial sources. ICT Mumbai provides a two-year MTech course at the PG level. As per the minimum eligibility requirements of the course, candidates must pass a UG degree with a minimum 60% aggregate in the relevant discipline. Additionaly, candidates are required to apply and appear for one entrance exam i.e. GATE/GPAT accepted by the institute for admission.

According to ICT Mumbai Engineering NIRF report 2022, a rise of 13% was witnessed in the M.Tech placement rate in 2021 as compared with 2020.
