JNU M.Tech admission to all the specialisations is now through CUET-PG. Candidates fulfilling the eligibility requirements can apply for the course.  The step-by-step process to apply for CUET PG to take admission in an MTech course in JNU is as follows:

The total seat intake for the JNU BSc-MSc course is 20. This is as per the information given in the latest JNU brochure. Moreover, the seat intake for BSc courses offered by NDA is not available. Candidates can visit the NDA official website (nda.nic.in) or get in touch with the admission office for details regarding the same. During counselling, seats are allotted to the students based on performance in CUET and as per seat availability.

Candidates seeking admission to the JNU MA course must appear for the CUET-PG entrance exam, conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The students are admitted on merit based on their performance in the entrance test and the deprivation points are added to their score in accordance with the approved admission Policy and Procedures of the University. The CUET PG exam is held for postgraduate course admissions to over 50 Central and participating Universities. 

Candidates seeking admission to the JNU MA course must have a BCA/Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent degree with at least 55% marks. Candidates who have passed BSc/ BCom/ BA with Mathematics at Class 12 or at Graduation level with a minimum aggregate of 55%. Jawaharlal Nehru University offers a four-year full-time BTech course at the undergraduate level. JNU MCA admission is based on a valid Central University Entrance Test (Postgraduate) CUET-PG score. CUET PG is an all-India-level entrance exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). According to test-takers, the General Test was easy and the Domain Knowledge section was moderate to tough. Although the questions were on the expected lines and within the CUET PG syllabus but according to some students, a few questions were out of the syllabus and tricky. So, the JNU MCA entrance is not very tough but can be tricky.

Jawaharlal Nehru University accepts CUET-UG and CUET-PG entrance test scores for admission to several undergraduate, postgraduate, certificate and PG Diploma courses.
