Organized exams, balanced curriculum, and timely results enhance academic experience.
Placements: Kashmir University is a well-known university and it provides quality education to the students. 50 to 60% of students get placed ( depending on their knowledge and skills). Top recruiters are Infosys and Tata Company. Managerial posts are offered to the candidates with good knowledge and skills.
Infrastructure: As a student here, I appreciate the classroom environment with spacious, air-conditioned rooms and smart boards, making lectures comfortable and interactive. The university offers diverse sports options, allowing students to pursue activities that match their interests, which promotes an active lifestyle and teamwork. However, the canteen could improve in both quality and variety of food, as it is a daily reliance for many students. Overall, while the learning facilities and extracurricular options are commendable, enhancing the canteen experience would significantly benefit student life.
Faculty: Exams at the university are well organized and consistently held on time with no delays, which helps students manage their preparation and schedules effectively. Results are also released promptly, reducing the uncertainty and stress often associated with waiting. This reliability in the exam and result schedules is reassuring and allows us to plan our studies and future coursework accordingly. Each semester is thoughtfully structured with a balanced mix of easy, medium, and hard subjects. This variety ensures that students experience a manageable level of challenge, helping us build skills gradually while also pushing us academically. The passing percentage is set at a clear 40% across all subjects, providing a fair and transparent benchmark. This structure, combined with timely exams and results, creates a positive and efficient academic environment for students.
Other: I chose this course to get in-depth knowledge of business and it helped me with that There are different events being held, such as sonzal, chirgish, kaspun, etc., where students and outsiders can participate and showcase their talents and businesses.

Dissatisfaction over the satisfaction
Placements: We are 60 students in total. The highest was 3-4 LPA. I read it from the website I don't know about the reality but through seniors I got to know that they only provide placements to selective students like if there are 60, only 7-8 can get placements depending upon the record. They have made of themselves with placement officer and with other head faces. Wipro, SBI that I've heard from the sources of website that hire from our campus. Just 20% students got internship. Nothing I have heard about the roles they offered in our course.
Infrastructure: Except the infrastructure and teaching staff , rest are good there. They have kept our classroom in the storeroom that's basically the zero floor of the library. Talking about the canteen and other facilities that a University should have, are all above average, except our classroom infrastructure and faculty performance.
Faculty: Few teachers are good rest are I guess are useless to teach management. They don't know the ethics about how to treat students. Talking about our curriculum it's still as it was before 10 years. It has not updated yet so I think we cannot relate it to the present industry evolution or like such sort of. So you can see how sleepy management they are in.
Other: It was fancy to pronounce "I'm doing imba " so I chose it. They conduct fest events very well

Kashmir University I-MBA review .
Placements: It is very disappointing that the placement level at the university is below average. The package at the university is 4 LPAs. Many companies come for recruitment at the university, including HDFC Bank, Hindustan Unilever, Radisson Hotels, and many more.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the university is very good. There is almost every facility available in the university, including Wi-Fi, modern-day classrooms, the most famous Allama Iqbal Library, interdepartmental libraries and bus services for nearby students. Hostels are available for both boys and girls at the university and healthy food is served in the hostel.
Faculty: Faculty members of the university are very qualified, no doubt about that. Teaching quality is also very good. The syllabus of my course is not up-to-date; it is very old-fashioned and does not make students industry-ready. Semester exams are easy to pass; the difficult level of the exam is medium.
Other: I chose this course because it was very affordable for me and easy to get admission to I-MBA because the entrance fee for this course is easy to qualify for. I wish that the administration could update the syllabus of the course and offer an existing option. Events and fests are held every semester and you will have fun coming here.

One of the best universities to pursue courses in kashmir because of the infrastructure
Placements: I am from the 2024 batch and i have got this placement information from the placement officer himself. The highest package was : 17 LPA. Lowest package was: 4 LPA. Average package : 8 LPA. Top companies are Bajaj Finance, Wipro etc. Roles offered are manager, Financial executive.
Infrastructure: Good infrastructure is there. Wifi is available and a big library for studying and grabbing books is also available (sir syed iqbal library). Hostels have a good infrastructure and sports facilities are also available. Good medical facilities are available a proper health center is present.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are PHD'S and are very knowledgeable and the quality of teaching is very high. The curriculum is according to the NEP which makes the student industry ready. Semester exams are of moderate level and 30% is the pass percentage.
Other: I chose this course because in future i want to run a business and the best thing about this course is that it teaches us how to handle the venture and the internships provided by the university helps us get the practical knowledge of it. Fests happen continuously and the campus crowd is very good and friendly. Scholarship are available. And i myself am a sports player and the university gives me a push to perform more and help me out in the training sessions.

Above average placements, Highly qualified and helpful faculty, lush green campus.
Placements: The on-campus placements occur within the premises of Kashmir University's main campus. Numerous renowned companies such as HDFC Bank, Hindustan Unilever, Jio, and others actively recruit students. While a few students secure offers above 20 LPA, others receive offers ranging from 8 to 12 LPA. Interestingly, some students from Kashmir University even secure placements in foreign countries, predominantly in the Gulf region.
Infrastructure: The hostel rooms exhibit excellent design and offer a high standard of food. The hostels within the main campus primarily cater to postgraduate students, while undergraduate students are accommodated in the IOT Zakura campus. A spacious ground is provided for various sports activities such as cricket and football. Additionally, both campuses feature a gymnasium, which is located within the newly constructed hostels of IOT Zakura.
Faculty: The faculty members at KU possess exceptional qualifications and extensive knowledge. They are also known for their helpfulness. However, I personally believe that our course curriculum is not up to date, despite our teachers acknowledging the same. It is important to note that this issue is not limited to KU alone, but rather a problem that extends to the entire country of India. Additionally, the semester exams are relatively easy to pass.
Other: I am presently registered in the Integrated MBA program. To secure admission in this course, it is necessary to clear the AIMA UGAT entrance exam. The cutoff score for the general category last year was approximately 54 points. Passing this exam should be achievable for you.

Q:   When will the CMAT result 2025 be released?

A:

Students applying for the MBA course at CT Group must meet the eligibility criteria. The CMAT is the entrance examination for admission to management. The result of the CMAT 2025 shall be declared by NTA within one month from the date of the examination. The NTA never declares in advance the date of declaration of the result of the CMAT. After considering last year's trends and the schedule of the CMAT test, it has been found that the test is going to be conducted in the month of May, and results can declare in the month of June 2025 (tentative). In between the test for CMAT and the result declaration, NTA releases the official answer keys and their veracity over the objections raised by test takers. The result-cum-scorecard for CMAT 2025 will be downloadable from the official website of CMAT.
