Kurukshetra University MBA course admission is a multi-step process, which begins with online registrations. The university shortlists candidates based on merit in the entrance exam. For final selection, candidates' performance in the selection rounds is also taken into consideration. STEP 1: Kurukshetra University MBA Application Form 2025

KUK only accepts the online mode of the application process. Candidates seeking admission to the MBA course must visit the official website of Kurukshetra University. Follow the step-wise KUK MBA application process as mentioned below:

Step 1.1: Visit the KUK official website (kuk.ac.in) and click on the ‘New registration’ tab. After successful registration, a confirmation message will be sent to the candidates' registered email ID/ mobile number.

Step 1.2: Login using your ID and password and fill out the application form.

Step 1.3: Upload your passport-size photograph, signature and other documents in the prescribed format as required.

Step 1.4: Now, pay the application fee of INR 1,000 (INR 250/- for SC/BC/Differently abled candidates of Haryana only) through online mode to complete the application process.

Documents Required at the Time of Application Process:

• Image of scanned photograph in jpg/jpeg format
• Image of scanned signature in jpg/jpeg format
• Image of scanned Matriculation or equivalent examination certificate in support of the date of birth and marks
• Image of scanned Class 12 or equivalent examination certificate in support of the marks
• Image of scanned Certificate showing marks obtained and maximum marks in the qualifying examinations i.e. Graduation
• Bonafide Resident Certificate as per Appendix, if applicable

STEP 2: KUK MBA Entrance Test

Candidates who registered successfully need to take the university entrance test for the MBA programme. The exam schedule shall be uploaded on the university's official website.

STEP 3: Release of Merit List

After the entrance exam, the university releases a merit list to indicate the names of the shortlisted candidates. The merit list includes details such as the candidate's name, roll number, and marks.

STEP 4: GD & PI

The candidates who make it to the merit list further need to take part in the group discussion and personal interview round. The schedule for these selection rounds is published on the university's official website.

STEP 5: Admission Confirmation

In the last step, based on candidates' academic records, exam scores, and performance in GDPI, the final seat allotment is carried out. After the seat allotment, candidates have to pay the required amount of fees. The KUK MBA tuition fee ranges between INR 4,100 and INR 2.4 lakh.
