BHU MBA Courses & Fees 2025: Last Date, Eligibility, Selection, Placements, Cutoff

Banaras Hindu University MBA admission is based on the aspirant CAT score. Shortlisted candidates have to go through other selection rounds as well for seat allotment. For candidate's reference, an overview of the admission process is provided below:

STEP 1: BHU MBA Application Process 2025

Candidates seeking admission need to apply online at (www.bhuonline.in). General candidates need to pay an online application fee of INR 2,000 and INR 1,000 for SC/ST students. The University accepts CAT scores for MBA admission. To register for CAT, follow the steps given below:

Step 1.1: Open the official CAT website (iimcat.ac.in) in a new window.

Step 1.2: Click on 'Register' under the 'New Candidate Registration' tab.

Step 1.3: Enter name, date of birth, email ID, mobile phone number and nationality.

Step 1.4: Click on the 'Generate OTP' tab.

Step 1.5: On successful registration, an OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number.

Step 1.6: Verify CAT registration by entering the OTP in the given field.

BHU MBA CUET-PG Application Process

Find below the steps to apply for the CUET PG exam for admission to MBA special courses of study:

1. Visit the official website of CUET-PG (cucet.nta.nic.in) and click on the 'New Registration' tab and read the instructions carefully before proceeding.
2. Fill out the application form with all the mandatory details such as personal, and educational qualifications, etc.
3. Upload the scanned photograph and signature as per the prescribed specifications.
4. Select courses and Universities as per your preference and pay the CUET application fee as mentioned above.

NOTE: Aspirants seeking admission to IMS, BHU need to pay an application fee of INR 2,000.

STEP 2: Group Discussion & Personal Interview (GDPI)

Applicants shortlisted based on CAT score are called for GDPI, which is conducted at the institute. The schedule for GDPI is released by the admission committee. Moreover, candidates not appearing for the GD or PI on the scheduled date will be disqualified from the admission process.

STEP 3: Admission Counselling

In the last step, candidates selected based on CAT score, academic record, and performance in GDPI are called for a counselling round. Candidates appearing for counselling must bring along the important documents (original). When provisional admission is offered to a candidate, the original documents will be detained by the institute and will be returned after the completion of admission formalities. The BHU MBA tuition fee ranges from INR 10,730 to INR 1 lakh. This fee is as per the official website/sanctioning body. It is still subject to changes and hence, is indicative.
