The Centre for Distance and Online Education has a vibrant campus life with various activities and events throughout the year. Girl students are allowed to move out of the campus within restricted timings, but they must follow a dress code and adhere to certain rules. The college provides multiple sports facilities and additional expenses may include books, placement and training charges, and eating out. Attendance policies are strictly enforced, and breaking rules may result in penalties, including calling parents. The college culture is mostly English-speaking, and there is no language challenge. Academically, the schedule is relatively hectic, with frequent exams and tests, and students have access to well-stocked libraries and teacher assistance. Security measures include guards and CCTV cameras, and outsiders cannot enter the campus without permission.

LPU NEST exam dates are announced. LPU NEST 2025 phase 1 exam will be conducted from January 20, 2025 to February 5, 2025. The examination is conducted for admission into various undergraduate and postgraduate courses. The application form for LPU NEST will be available online. Candidates willing to join Lovely Professional University should keep a check on the dates of LPU NEST on the official website and submit the application form before the deadline. LPU NEST 2025 slot booking must be done 48 hours before the exam. 

The exam fee for LPUNEST is INR 1,000 for males and INR 500 for females. Check below the steps to apply for LPU admission:

Step 1: Visit the official website of LPU and click on the ' Apply Now' tab at the top of the web page. 

Step 2: Register on the official admission portal of LPU i.e. LPUADMIT (admission.lpu.in) with basic details such as name, email-id, mobile no., state, gender and password). The email id used during registration will act as the username for the portal and the password needs to be set by the candidate while registering.  Candidates can continue to apply for LPUNEST (for scholarship purposes).

Yes, LPU offers lateral entry to BCA course. Candidates who have passed a three-year Diploma in Engineering (any stream) after Class 10 or one or two year Diploma in Computer Applications/ IT after Class 12 can apply for BCA (LE) course. Lovely Professional University shortlists candidates for BCA (lateral entry) based on merit in the last qualifying exam. After the completion of the selection rounds, aspirants need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the university. The total fee for BCA (LE) course is INR 4.80 lakh. The fee is calculated based on semester fee. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled.

Candidates could download their LPU NEST 2025 admit card after booking the exam slots. The admit card was available on the official website. The admit card was an mandatory document to be taken for the exam. If candidates choose to book their LPU NEST slot for 2025 on their own, their LPU NEST 2025 admit card will be generated immediately. However, if Lovely Professional University books the slot for the candidates, the LPU NEST hall ticket 2025 will be generated 48 hours after receiving the application form. However, all application received before the start date of the slot booking will be processed only when Online Slot Management will be activated.

Admission to Lovely Professional University BCA course is based on merit in the last qualifying exam. LPU conducts LPUNEST or Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test is an online test. The test acts as an Entrance Test as well as Scholarship Test. The amount of scholarship is determined by the marks and rank obtained by candidates in the exam. Aspirants can qualify LPUNEST to avail scholarship and get admission to BCA course. Candidates need to pass Class 12 with at least 50%-60% aggregate depending on the specialisation. Additionally, LPU also accepts CUET UG score for admission to BCA course. Candidates must fulfil the eligibility conditions to avoid rejection.  After the completion of the selection rounds, aspirants need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the university. The total fee for BCA course ranges between INR 4.80 lakh and INR 7.20 lakh. The fee is calculated based on semester fee.
