Dissatisfied with the promises made, they did not provide students with placements.
Placements: No one got placed. They were only trying to convince students to pursue an MBA from another college, from which they likely receive a commission. It is worst college. Do not expect placement from them. Not a single company visited for campus interviews. No one received an internship during the course.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not good. Classes are inadequate, and toilets are dirty. One would not want to go to college every day. Old computers are used, and library is mostly closed with not enough books. There is no canteen, medical facilities, or sufficient sports and games conducted.
Faculty: Faculty members are not knowledgeable enough to teach for exams. Only a few teachers are responsible for every semester. Exams are conducted in a strict environment. Curriculum is good. Teachers focus on a few students who even get the questions before exams and do not attend college daily. Pass percentage is 40%. Curriculum prepares students for the industry, but only if taught properly.
Other: No events, scholarships, or extracurricular activities are offered. They only ask for fees whenever the time comes. If someone want a degree without any learning or placement, students can get admission here. Student who are serious about their carrers should not take admission here. There are better college for the money spent here.

Review of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology.
Placements: Placements for the B.Tech department are very good, with salary packages ranging from 15-18 LPA annually. But for management students, especially those majoring in HR and finance, placements are limited. Only students from technical departments have a good scope to enhance their career growth and knowledge.
Infrastructure: Classrooms facilities are very good, and environment is conducive to learning. Teachers are very supportive and helpful. Department organises extra-curricular activities for student engagement, such as Brandemonium, Management Day Plan, and Business Executive Plan.
Faculty: All faculty members deliver high-quality content. They present themselves well and prefer to take interactive live sessions. They provide materials and notes to ease the worries of the students. It is very easy to clear semester examinations with the help of our teachers.

Good college but the college fee is high .
Placements: Campus placements will begin once you reach the final year, which is the third year or fifth semester. The placement cell is not very good in this college. Companies like Amazon, TCS, Ernest and Young, Bajaj, Godrej, Karnataka Bank, etc. recruited students from the BBA department. Other companies also showed interest and had various job roles but mostly for sales role. TCS was the highest recruiter among all the other companies, only taking a few students for their jobs. I'm still looking for jobs after completing my BBA.
Infrastructure: The name of the annual fest in Heritage is Epignosis and it takes place around November. The fest is quite a thing and the students really do enjoy this time of the year. The books which are related to our subjects are all available in the library. Other books are also available for reference purpose. A large variety of books related to wildlife, photography, and Indian history are available in the college library. We don't have an AC in our classrooms but the rooms are quite spacious and the desks and tables are in proper order. We have more than 3 auditoriums and a variety of programs are celebrated here throughout the year Life in heritage is super awesome when it comes to annual sports, fun activities, and extracurricular activities. We have a game room for indoor activities and three big playgrounds for outdoor sports. College students run a variety of clubs, including the ART club, DANCE club, SINGING club, and Rotaract.
Faculty: The faculty members were nice but they only focused on the academic part, i.e., what's mentioned in the syllabus. They did not help in any way for better career development or better learning for sitting in placements, etc. However, they are very approachable and you can always connect to any one of the faculty if you wish to. They are nice and will listen to your problem and even pick up call regarding any issue. Well as I mentioned, the theory part will somehow help in your basic understanding of the corporate world. But there were limited opportunities for career growth. The course curriculum will make your foundation strong but will not provide a deep understanding. The curriculum was not tough; it is easy and one can achieve good marks even if he pays a little attention or studies on the last month left for exams.

A decent review by a hostel student.
Placements: Placement is 70%. The highest package is around 11-12 LPA, and the lowest is around 2-3 LPA. Top companies like TCS and Wipro visit our college. Around 90% of students get internships. Top roles are marketing manager, HR executive, marketing executive, and sales executive.
Infrastructure: We have normal classrooms. There are many labs in our department and two libraries. There is Wi-Fi, but only for college use. The quality of food is good in our hostel. There are also medical facilities, a playground, and a playroom in our hostel.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, qualified, and have good teaching skills. Students get opportunities to visit industries. Semester exams are not that difficult, but the level is high, and examiners are strict. You need 75% attendance to qualify for exams.
Other: I am from a commerce background and am interested in this field and the roles it provides. I think they should enhance their infrastructure, like installing AC in every classroom. Events and fests are very enjoyable.

College environment is awesome and the learning environment is also best.
Placements: Above 60% of students get placed in our course. The highest package offered is 2.40 to 9.60 LPA. Recruiters include Coca-Cola, Wipro, PWC, Reliance, TCS, and Infosys. 80% of students get internships in companies like Reliance, Coca-Cola, and Wipro. Top roles offered are HR, Manager, Marketer, Accountant, and Sales Executive.
Infrastructure: Honestly, the classroom and learning environment are better than other colleges. All students get free Wi-Fi access and can enjoy various games on campus. The hostel is quite good and comfortable, with delicious food. A canteen is also available.
Faculty: The teaching quality is good because all professors have many years of teaching experience. Students will be industry-ready if they attend classes regularly. Students have to put in effort to pass the semester exams. The pass percentage is 25 out of 70 in MAKAUT.
Other: I chose this course because I'm from a commerce background and want to become a manager. The course can be improved by reducing the number of papers students have to learn. Events, fests, campus crowd, connectivity, campus surroundings, scholarships, and extracurricular activities are available to all students.

IEM INSIGHTS, not worth it.
Placements: 80% of students are placed in placements. The highest package is 6.5 lakhs, the lowest is 2.8 lakhs, and the average is 4.6 lakhs. Amazon, TCS, and Deloitte are the top companies that give placement. 100% of students got internships. Manager and sales manager posts are offered, as well as finance posts and HR manager posts.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very small compared to other BBA colleges. The hostel is good and the mess food is average. The canteen is closed; only a café is available, but not always, only during break times. There are no medical facilities in this college; in case of emergencies, they take the students to the nearest hospital.
Faculty: Though the teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable for teaching the course, the course curriculum is relevant and makes the student industry-ready. The difficulty level of the semester exams is average, and the passing marks are 40%. The college is generous in giving good marks to students.
Other: I chose this course in this college because it ranks as the best BBA college in Kolkata. The best thing about this course is that it helps to learn the basics and the ultimate of an industry. I wish to improve a better campus life for students. A big fest that happens every year in this college is IEMPACT. No scholarships are provided.
