History of MIT ADTU Pune:

MIT is the flagship institute of MIT Group of Institutions, established in 1983 under the trust called ‘Maharashtra Academy of Engineering and Educational Research, Pune’ (MAEER).
After 32 years of excellence, MIT Group has 64 institutions with more than 6,500 faculties and 50000 thousand students in more than 12 campuses all over Maharashtra.
In 2015, MIT Group got permission to start MIT's University of Art, Design, and Technology at the Raj Baug Campus at Loni, 25km away from Pune.
